If I could leave a 0 star I would. Tonight all I wanted to order was burger and wings for me and my family. Between me and my girlfriend we called 10x to no answer to the point we drove up to this location and had to walk in to attempt to place an order. After waiting about 20 min finally got erin (name on my receipt) or whoever the bartender was On may 5th 2020 then mentioned to me after I said I been trying to place a to go order over the phone for 20 min with no answer and then stood at the bar for another 20 min go just place it in the restaurant and she responded with” oh sorry I’m drunk and yeah were really busy” then places the order blah blah blah then I went out back to my car where my girlfriend and my 1 year old son were in and at this point it’s 9:05pm. At 9:30 my girlfriend goes in to check the order and got the run around about this order about a burger with bacon and wings but stated it was NOT our order. She asks Erin where the order was.. had asked multiple times in a 30 min time frame and then the final time she asked which clearly Erin was too drunk to even remember the same customer whose asked multiple times on a to go order rudely says “uhh your order has been right here and flings it looks over the bar” long story short we get home there is absolutely no sauce on the wings they were plain The Whataburger had maybe the tiniest little square of cheese which the burger is a grilled cheese with a burger in the inside we had ordered tater tot’s and had gotten fries and I’m sure we all know how food sitting in a container for a long period of time ends up soggy and cold well that’s what we got by the time we got home. It’s just sad that we’ve been trying to support local businesses during this tough time and that the first time that we go to support you guys this is the type of service that a long time customer receives I will not be returning to this...
Read moreThis was my second time here. The first time there, there were no issues. However, this time is a little different.
I would like to start off by saying the prices are very reasonable and easy to work around. It's pretty inexpensive.
Food: Food was pretty solid, hot, seasoned, and ready to eat. I can't complain. I recommend this place alone on the food and prices.
Atmosphere: I really like the atmosphere as far as decor, lighting goes. There's plenty of games and things to do. The sports bar is, of course, a good touch, especially for my sports fans. Pretty good place to hang out and have a blast.
Service: This is where we hit a rocky path. First, when I entered the establishment, after seating myself, I ended up having to wait 15 mins before a waitress/waiter approached the table, on top of that, when we finally did get to order drinks, we waited another 10 mins to receive those as well. I'm not going to include the time for food because I don't mind how long it takes to receive food. After receiving the food, I didn't see our waitress for a long time, I ended up waiting about 30 mins to see and speak with my waitress for the things that I needed. After that, I didn't see the waitress for another 30 mins until I wanted to pay. Once I saw my waitress again, it was time for the bill, I gave the cash over, and she walked off with it. I ended up waiting another 20-25 mins for the change and receipt.
I don't like rushing people, and in no way am I asking for anyone to be perfect, but to wait such a long time between every little thing is ridiculous and insane. I will continue to come here. I hope that it...
Read moreOn the night of August 8th, our group of six visited this establishment and enjoyed a pleasant experience throughout the evening, until the very end. We noticed that our drinks seemed significantly watered down during the last 3 or 4 rounds. When it came time to pay the tab, I inquired if they accepted Apple Pay, which is the only payment method I use. The waitress informed me they did not accept it, although I had previously been told they did. I asked for a few minutes to retrieve my wallet from my car.
While I was away, my friends were approached and confronted aggressively, as if we were attempting to leave without paying, despite the fact that we had three other people at the table and my friend’s bright pink purse was clearly visible. Although the manager handled the situation professionally, an employee began yelling at us about not paying our bill. The waitress apparently told the manager that we were leaving without paying, despite me clearly stating that I needed to get my wallet and our visible presence at the table.
We believe that our experience was influenced by racial profiling. We had a heated exchange with the staff, and it seems this situation could have been avoided with better communication and less profiling from your staff. If this is how your establishment treats people of color, please let us know so it can be addressed...
