I had a horrible experience at this location! Their manager lacks all customer service skills and could use a class in communication and being respectful or at least courteousness in general when having to deal with a problem. Bottom line I had an issue where the employee forgot to add my points prior to cashing me out, he messed up, knew he did and went to get help from his manager with whom. then just threw it at me it was my problem. I should have told him first she said to me! I explained I had and hung my phone with code out the window for him, verbalized for my points, which all their cameras could clearly show if they review their video. She said she wasn’t going to do anything and wouldn’t. Not only with rudeness and sass in her voice but then proceeded to ask what else I needed when they had taken my money and had not given me any of my order. Then gave me my order which 4 out of the 9 items missing I had to the request one by one from her. Most ridiculous experience I had yet; waste of time, no manners and poor food once as did actually get my order. I will never go back and never recommend that location to anyone! I will recommend the mid-rivers, cave-springs, or OFallon locations… NEVER bad customer service ever even if they messed up something or forgot an item. Those locations have always been respectful, courteous and apologetic. Everyone makes mistakes, none of us are perfect. The way we present ourselves in our actions and communication is what is the lasting impression. Simple kindness in words, “I am sorry that happened, I wish I could do more.” can go a long way when it comes to making a customer happy or receiving that resolution...

Our recent visit to this Elm Point Lion’s Choice was absolutely wonderful, and that’s thanks in large part to one exceptional team member: Bree (day shift). From the moment we walked in, Bree greeted us with such kindness and professionalism that we genuinely thought she might be the manager. Her demeanor was beyond anything we’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant—warm, patient, personable, and thoughtful.
She took the time to suggest menu items, kindly offered us the opportunity to join the rewards program, and truly seemed to care that we enjoyed our visit. She didn’t rush us, answered our questions, and even checked in mid-meal to see if we needed anything else—a rare touch that even many full-service restaurants forget these days.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Bree is a rare gem in the fast-food industry. She didn’t just serve food—she elevated our entire dining experience. We left impressed, not only with the meal, but with the genuine human connection she brought to the table.

I asked them what can they do to jazz up a roastbeef sandwich and Jason suggested the new Remix sandwich. I was like Oh, my goodness Oh, my goodness sounds delicious. Guess what happened next? I received my sandwich. The sandwich glistening with the texas toast the roastbeef was mouth watering and juicy. the aoli garlic sauce with swiss cheese was such a divine combination that my tongue was so happy it wanted to lick my brains out.
