Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Placed an order for an Italian cheese bread through the app. Was quoted about 20 minutes for pick up. Arrived and waited to go in about 25 min after ordering because I knew it was probably a busy night. When I then checked the tracker on my phone, it had stopped at being put in the oven about 5 minutes after I'd placed my order, seemed odd that an Italian cheese bread wasn't done yet, so I went in. Upon entering there were 3 customers waiting, I could see several orders in the works and a ton of pizzas, crazy bread, wings etc ready in the warmer (like a solid amount of food!) By the time I connected with the employee it'd been 30 minutes since I placed my order and she checked my order, checked the warmer and turns out no ICB to be found. And instead of it even being in the works, someone needed to start it. Seems like they're not quite sure yet how to handle a busy night, there were at least 4 employees, two were on their phones at least once while I was processing what was going on... (Then I also got worried about hand washing issues as one of the employees that was on their phone ended up being the one making my food and they don't use gloves, and I definitely didn't see any hand washing occur when she moved from being on her phone to the food line 😝) Got a refund! If you order make sure you check as soon as you arrive, in case they also need to start your order...

Probably the worst fast food/pizza in Saint Charles! Do not waste your money at this establishment. Here is a short story. (have had countless bad experiences) I came to this place because my sister wanted crazy bread(which is really good when made right). We ordered a pizza and two orders of crazy bread. naturally we waited over 15 minutes because they have to make a new batch if you ask for extra cheese and butter. Manager hands my sister the food and we both take a look at the bread sticks. THERE WAS LIKE A SPEC OF CHEESE AND PRACTICALLY NO BUTTER. I'm looking down at hard bread that I just paid 8.50 for so the manager comes over and asks if we need anything. Of course I respond saying there is like nothing on the bread. Instead of offering to make a new batch or even give the money back, this guy pulls out the parmeson packs and says that he should have charged 1.50 extra for them both and NEXT TIME HE WILL .LMAO ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THis *(^^$%# sad excuse for a manager just told me that hard, specs of cheese, and non-existent butter bread sticks is worth the extra 1.50!!! Probably the most incompetent manager I have ever encountered. I eventually got my money back for the sad excuse for food. My tip to you if you are reading this...... just don't waste your time and money here.... little Caesars in saint peters is pretty...

I cannot believe what I saw, we got hit and ready pepp waited at the counter for 20 minutes.. Than saw a worker make his deep dish pizza the other guy said " that yours " and than he said yeah and wrote his name on it and put it in the oven. A woman walks in gets her hot n ready while still waiting. Watching the man in the front flirt with a woman for 2 minutes before helping us. Was wonderful. Going to just order Pizza Hut next time for the waiting me and my friend did. Made breadsticks for themselves but we ordered them first. Hanging out in the back.... Being awesome! You go !!!
