Terrible customer service. Just got done visiting with my son made a phone call ahead of time knowing there is a wait time etc etc made my order. Was told it would be 45mins. I have a 25min drive to get home.. pizza shows up early (actually) as i am getting home. Get a phone call shows (Scam Likley) did not answer. As I'm walking up to my complex i see a normal car WITHOUT A DELIVERY SIGN. On the roof which is procedure for all if not most companys that deliver. As i walked up closer to the Blue Chevy Sonic a girl with colored hair was in the car looked over and then speed off.. i thought to myself maybe that wasn't my delivery driver. I proceeded to wait patiently for the remainder of my order timeframe given even an extra 5-10mins for the benefit of the doubt especially since i live in a condominium complex. I called and spoke to a younger guy same gentlemen that actually took my order. Asked him about my pizza and he tells me they were there, and tried calling me.. i explained to him how i don't answer phone calls that appear on your phone as (Scam Likley) etc etc i asked him why didn't someone knock on the door he didnt have an answer as to why, and if there was a reason he should have told me ahead of time hence upon our intial conversation i don't order Papa Johns often and never at this location before what kind of deal you have etc etc .. i then pointed out about there delivery sign not being on the Chevy Sonics roof.. he didn't seem be listening to me. I of course did have an attitude, and i was upset.. he did not want to try and make things right and help me with my order and said oh we are really busy here and it will be another hour..... i don't know if this is how all Papa johns Franchise locations operate but i will not be ordering from this location again.. horrible location and horrible customer...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer at this store for the last four years getting pizza for me and my kids at least three times a month on the 23rd. I had purchased two pizzas and some wings. When my husband got home he only had two pizzas so I called and asked where my wings were, the Woman answered the phone told me Hold on she was going to talk to the manager. They were giving me a refund for the wings five days later no refund. Where I spoke to manager, Nate said they had been having problems with their computers. I said well that’s fine. I order enough could I please Get those wings with my next order. I ordered again last night two pizzas and then called back and asked them if I could get those wings. Where Nate got on the phone told me he didn’t remember a conversation from two days ago Then I started telling him what we said then he said oh I remember, but you’re giving me a fake name way too much confusion just for dinner for my kids. I should not have to get Upset and stressed out for wings that I paid for Nate has no customer service. He clearly didn’t write my name down or wrote it down wrong and then wanted to tell me my name was not my name. I’ve done a lot of business with your with your establishment and have never complained or had a problem before, but this time was awful. I’m not going to yell and scream for things that were due to me that you didn’t give me. Going to prove my name because I shouldn’t have to look up my email. Read moreOrdered a Papa Johns pizza on 1st Capital in St. Charles through their call center, and was told it would ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there later to pick it up, and they said it would be at over an hour before they would be able to start making it. I understand they are busy and short staffed, so I got my money refunded. They suggested next time to press the option for the actual store next time when ordering, since the call center doesn't know how backed up the store is. So the next time I ordered, I pressed the option for the store, but the employee refused to take my order. He told me to call back and use the call center, he wasn't allowed to take orders on the phone. I tried to explain what I had been told, and he just cut me off mid sentence and told me to call back and press for the call center instead, then hung up on me. So today, I figured I would try online ordering, to avoid this whole situation. As I submitted my order, I got a message saying they aren't taking credit cards online at this time. So I'm back to calling and getting the run around? So frustrating. I also submitted to the corporate office my frustration from the last time, several weeks ago, and marked down that i would like to be called for a follow up from them on the form.
