Subway — Restaurant in Saint Charles

I went in to order at 6:15 the guy came from the back ,asked if the had the By one Footlong get one half off hes said no ,Not a problem i order he did not ask if i wanted anything else so i asked for a additional sandwich He mumble under his breath you could have told me you wanted another sandwich I said you did not ask he went on and on so ,I noticed there was a subway nearby,I told him if he did not want to make it dont and i would go to the other store.. He kept being rude so I walked out ! He was yelling what about this sandwich ! I told him to keep it ! He got on the phone I had a feeling he was calling the other store sure enough we pulled up and the 2 workers were looking out the window at this Big Red pickup ! I asked if he called them and they giggled ..They were nice enough .BTW we are just passing thru...

I could not order a breakfast sandwich. It was 99 dollars. Despite me telling them about this for 3+ years. The 99 dollars sandwiches rotate the sandwich wich are 99 dollars so at some point you have to go in. I couldn't order a drink because they only sell bottle this has been going on for 2 years almost. Being visually impaired I can't walk there or drive. The last time I was in the employee tried to argue that it wasn't true about the cups and I could still order them. However before they swapped They still gave me bottles when I ordered a large vitamin water. This is a third to half the size and a lower price then what I ordered. Please fix this Subway. This is not eating fresh so at least let us have what we ordered.this all the app based...

I'm sitting outside this subway as I type this review. it's 7:30am. the store hours are 7am-9pm. guess what? the place is dark, no activity inside, "open" sign is off. I've been to this Subway before and it's consistently bad.The manager is rude as are a couple of the employees. they run so much carbonated water through the fountain drinks that you can not distinguish one flavor from another. Overall, just a bad experience and bad place to attempt to eat. I'd suggest the Jimmy Johns across the street as an alternative...
