Burger King — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I like this Burger King normally because their customer service is great. And normally the foods pretty good.

Today I ordered and it wasn’t very busy. It was about 2 PM. I pulled up to the window and paid. There’s no other cars in front of me no cars behind me and it took several minutes to get my food. Which I thought that’s OK because that means it’s going to be fresher hot

To my surprise, my whopper, Junior was cold. I mean the burger meat could not get any colder.

And my chicken fingers were also cold.

I ate the food, literally as I was pulling out of the parking lot. So it’s not like to drive home give it a chance to cool down.

So now I’m left. Wondering why did it take them so long to give me my food after I paid like 2 to 3 minutes if everything was ice cold anyhow, and nothing was being made fresh.

They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t call back. I looked them up online to call and I got a fax machine number.

Won’t be returning to this location after the experience I had tonight. “Cheryl” if that’s what her name is, (that was the name on my receipt) was very unpleasant over the speaker. I was the only car in the drive thru, before pulling up to the window I had stopped to pull my money out to pay. She starts yelling at me from the window, “PULL UP” while waving her arm at me. I get to the window and tell her that I was pulling my money out, she didn’t saw a word and slammed the window in my face. She hands me my change and slams the window once again. Then she handed me my drinks and slams the window for a third time, still never saying a word to me. No wonder why there were no other cars in the drive thru, why would anyone want to go somewhere to be treated like this? I’m amazed at how this girl still has a job after seeing how she treats paying customers. If I could give them 0 stars I would....

We went here for lunch and ordered from the kisok - my son got an happy email and you can chose your special treat he chose ice cream. My husband also wanted ice cream We paid 10mins later the guy making the orders says we can't have ice cream or a refund the machine was down Immediately asked for a manager which a very rude disrespectful irrorgant person name Jamie came up looking like he just woke up. No name tag and covered in tattoos Says no ice cream and no refund due to ordering at kisok. We stayed there should be a sign and if someone was ever at the counter we would of ordered Needless to say I was looking at receipt for the phone number for corporate and he snatched the receipt out of my hand and said stop talking I'll figure something out.
