I live at 11 mile and vab dyke, i started using this Kroger because they offer clicklist and I thought it would be a time saver, the first time i used click list it wasnt to bad. It was odd that the employee that was loading my car just opened my backdoor where my son was sitting and started loading items in my backseat. My trunk was completely empty and i did not get that much stuff that more room was needed. I didnt say anything about it, just decided now on's ill leave my car locked. My doors unlock when i put my car in park so i wasnt thinking. That aside we were going up north Easter weekend and I wanted to get the shopping done before we left. I decided to try clicklist again.... Bad choice.... My pick up time was 6-7 i arived at 6pm and yes it was busy. I understand that, holiday weekend.... Friday... Okay moving on... I waited 15mins for a spot to open up and i pulled in, made my call, was told that someone would be out in a few minutes.... Which was 75 minutes i watched people come and go. The car infront of me was there before me, their order was being loaded into the wrong car, 3 employees had to unload that take it back inside the customer continued to wait as more cars came and left, we both continued to wait finally they bring out the order infront of me. I was then told that they were having to scan items individually and itd be a few more minutes and id get $15 off my bill. At this point i was ready to just go in and do my own shopping, which I will do from now on and not at Kroger. However I didnt want to be rude after someone just spent their time getting my groceries and at this point ive been waiting 45 minutes i thought it would be out soon. FINALLY after waiting 75 minutes the young man, very polite, brings out my order goes over the list loads it in i get home rushed putting everything away the cold things were getting warm. I started to notice my apples and oranges were not there. Tgey were supposed to be substituted for something else. I said what ever and ill call later. I called tge following day was told that they will have the manager call me back shortly... No call ever came. I said forget it until Friday when i got home to make stuffed peppers i made the mix to go inside, thats cooking, i take the peppers out cut the first one open and its rotting in side. The seeds are covered in black like dust. Threw it out cut the next one open and there were beatles inside of it... I was done! I called the store was asked how they can help start to tell the woman my issue was asked to hold so she can transfer me to the correct departmant for thr clicklist... I waited on hold for 6 minutes, someone answerers asks what thry can help with i start to tell her the issue and get told to hold they can see what can be done. Wait 3 minutes she gets back on the line, she gets my info the manager will have to call me back tomorrow when they get in.... SERIOUSLY? THERE IS NO MANAGER AVAILABLE?! i said fine asked her if i need to get the peppers or take a picture. I was told no. Which i shouldnt have listened. I have yet to hear from anyone again. Its been 2 days since my second call.... Im not one to leave reviews on issue, but this was an awful experience and to see the management doesnt care is the icing...

As I was pulling up to the aisle to unload my cart which was overloaded (as I always take advantage of the smaller cart) because I am a dwarf (little person) & those carts are the best as their much easier to maneuver and much more accessible for me to unload my cart. Well as I was unloading my groceries, a jar of spinach Salad dressing unfortunately slipped out of my basket & hit the floor shattering all over... I looked up to apologize and the MANAGER whom was bagging looked down and let out a "sigh" and continued to bag the customer's groceries whom was checking out. NEVER did "VANESSA" (Manager) ever ask if I was alright or even stop for a moment to acknowledge what had just happened... Instead she told the Cashier AMIE to turn her light out until somebody comes to clean up. I continued to unload the rest of my groceries and my cashier "AMIE" began to ring up my items and like her manager, VANESSA never asked me if I was alright. Instead, they both continued having a deep conversation with each other. "MANAGER VANESSA" never even acknowledged I was even there and what had happened.. Inserted my debit card to pay and by this time my groceries were all bagged, but lying on the conveyor belt waiting to be put in my cart... MANAGER VANESSA meanwhile went over to another lane and never asked for my cart to put my grocery bags in. My husband started to place our bags in the cart & I looked at our cashier and said, can you help us and she walked over and just started cramming all our groceries in the cart and tossing the bag of oyster crackers, Hamburger Buns and slider Buns on top of the 6-bunches of Rose's... I looked at her and said, "please don't crush my roses" & she replied, "oh" & then handed me the bag. Seriously Kroger Store D E 13 Mile Rd. Roseville, Michigan I'm pretty sure that I get better service at the gas station or even Meijer across...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Krogers ever! Letās start off with the number that is listed. Call the store numberā¦..hummm nobody answers, recording keeps assisting your calling pharmacy. As for customer service, relating to self check area. Last night 30 minutes to closing. Self checking out, item I had wasnāt scamming the right price. I was forced to go back and get the sales tag. I went came back it was another favor on sale. Not a problem! Easy exchange I thought š. I had Ms Lydia check my rescanned item so I could proceed with my transaction. When it was time to cash out. The machine wasnāt moving forward. So I called and worker who was randomly passing; to assist with me purchasing my items. The machine starts showing and video, as if I just put and I scammed item in my bag. However the item that was ALREADY confirmed scammed. This worker and the fat lady named āNicoleā starts insulting me and accusing me of stealing! How the hell am I even trying to sell. When I am using self check, right next to the cash register. This situation did not turn out well at all. You have the fat Empolyee threatening me and saying religious insults. And too be honest, I got right back with her and could careless about authorities being called. I work customer service and I know by LAW! You donāt accuse, assume or have insulted verbal conversations with NO Customer! And FYI: nobody is legally stealing āINLESSā they have actually walked out the door. I want too submitt and written reply to Head Corporate Office! I want loss and prevention too replay the video. This will prove how unprofessional, insulting and insensitive behaviors this Krogers continues...
