Country Dairy — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I had the pleasure of trying Country Dairy yesterday. It exceeded my expectations! The owner Mickey was so kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. In fact, all the staff there are very friendly and ready to please. I was shocked by the portion sizes. You really get your bang for the buck :) Being an indecisive person, especially with the variety of yummy menu choices…I told Mickey to surprise me. She didn’t disappoint! I tried one of her “fall treats”. It had pumpkin pie, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon and other secret ingredients I couldn’t quite put my finger on. All I know, is my eyes must’ve rolled back in my head at least 5 times:) I was in Ice Cream fantasy land! If you haven’t tried Country Dairy in St Clair Shores, make sure to stop by. If not, you’ll be missing out on this little “heaven In your mouth” gem in the Shores! I’ll definitely be back. I would leave 10...

I always see this place but since moving to the area I usually go to Wally's because it's slightly closer. Today Wally's was not getting my order correct so I chose to go elsewhere. I came here and now I am a loyal customer. They had recently changed hours and therefore were closed early in the day. Mickey the owner saw me and came outside to explain the hours. She was so extremely kind and offered to open up to get me ice cream anyway.. It was delicious, smooth and satisfied my craving. I thank her for her kindness and hope at least 10 people try there before the season ends. I will be back as much as I can despite breaking my diet. It was worth it. I must try the German...

Hands down the best ice cream in Michigan!! I drive almost 20 minutes weekly to get ice cream and or subs here because they only sell the best of the best. Not only is there ice cream here great but so is the staff. The family here that own the shop is incredibly amazing and put so much time and effort in making sure customers are satisfied with their service. Especially Jessica! she is incredibly welcoming and kind, makes me and my family feel right at home! 1000/10!! By the way, the ice cream in the picture is called a German chocolate and vanilla...
