This reveiw is strictly for the St. Clair Shores location on Harper (never had a problem at Warren and Clawson). 3 strikes and you are OUT. The food is alright, the service not so much. We have eaten in 2 times. First time was slow (only 5 or 6 tables total), no refills, given food and no follow up, took forever to get bill. Second time, seated quickly, but forgotten about. 2 other tables sat and got their drinks before anyone came by our table. Flagged a waitress down finally and got drinks, but again no refills. We were there 45 minutes before closing and they seemed more concerned with doing their closing cleaning/counting tips than serving the 2 tables in the restaurant. Food was pretty quick, but no sauce of my gyro. Had to wait for waitress to come back to get a side of sauce before I could eat. Just not attentive at all. The icing on the cake is when I placed a carry out pick-up order through GrubHub. I ordered (what I thought) was Chicken Quesadilla, Caesar Salad, and 2 Greek Salads. I get the order, check it in my car, and see the quesadilla has no chicken. So I check my phone, do my due diligence to make sure I didn't order incorrectly. I do not, per the order, it shows as 'Cheese Quesadilla' with description of Chicken, Cheese, Tomato. I had grabbed their carry out menu on the way out, so I took a peek and see they do have 2 different quesadillas, a cheese and a chicken. So at this point I figure it's a GrubHub issue, but still what i ordered was to have chicken on it. I go back in to explain to employee, pretty much didn't understand what i was trying to say. Another girl came over and I explained, saying I know it's not your fault, but I'm telling you of an issue and the reply I got was "well we just got an updated menu and prices"........ okay? And? Anyways, I just say whatever and leave. So i get home, and pulling items out, only to find no caesar dressing for my husband's salad (silly me for not checking the bag with dressings). After this, my husband decides to call. The manager, Alyssa, made it right and was very professional and apologetic. She is the only reason they even got 1 star at all (that and it's all you can do to leave a review). She contacted GrubHub and was to be correcting the listing online to prevent any future incorrect orders, and also refunded the mistake. She even called back to update that she has spoken to GrubHub to correct system and to call her with any other questions. Thank you Alyssa for your great service. Read moreI"ve been ordering here for years & always ordered sides to equal what I wanted with notes in there with no problem.This time the waitress on the phone told me to put notes in the main food order, so they could ring it up the correct way, & it show in the inventory.I did what she told me & the Manager called & told me he will not do it this way & I will get what I order.I explained the situation to him & he told me you get what you order.I explained it wasn"t on there menu & thats why I did it this way,so they still got paid & his hostess told me to do it this way.He snapped she"s wrong & you get what you pay for in his rude manner he had all along.I complained to Grub Hub & there driver,as I didn"t get what I have always ordered.This Manager is rude & is not there to help his customers,as he"s to much on a power trip.If he was a real Manager,he could of offered to ring the other items i wanted on a charge over the phone.If you want to be treated rude with no way of coming up with a way to help you,he"s the Manager for you.I"ve been coming here since they opened & you lost a regular customer.There are plenty of other places that won"t treat...

I ordered a wrap with no lettuce my mom ordered chicken Gyro with no lettuce they both had lettuce that wasn’t the problem we sent them back they said that we thought they were remaking it because the boys food came out and they were almost done and I finally said where is our food it was just still sitting there all the guy did was take them back take the a little bit of the lettuce off and then sent cold wraps with lettuce still on it and then didn’t even give us a price break, not to mention my son ordered eggs over easy he got hard eggs hashbrowns that weren’t all the way done no cheese like he asked for my other son got a burger and it was overdone he asked for medium I just cannot believe how bad the cooks are that they would actually do that when I’m paying $12 for a wrap It’s ridiculous to say the least I won’t be back there for a while if ever again there’s way too many good restaurants out there that actually respect and honor their...
