I have worked in customer service for over five years. I know great customer service when I see it because I hold my own staff to high standards when it comes to helping customers. This being said, this store has terrible customer service. Walked in today and didn’t receive a typical subway hello. Told the first woman that we would like three subs, she seemed very inconvenienced by this and rolled her eyes and started to throw a HUGE attitude with my mom and I. She asked which type of bread we’d like. We told her each bread type and between telling her our bread choices she just looked back and stared at us like we were stupid and she was over being there. She was also goofing around almost the whole time we were there ordering and I couldn’t get over the attitude she had towards PAYING customers. The woman who was working at the veggie station wasn’t any better. She had an attitude as well. I might just be used to going above and beyond for my customers, but it seemed like no extra effort or any effort for that matter, was given whatsoever. My mom ordered a tuna sub with vinegar. There was less than a teaspoon left in the vinegar bottle when the woman poured it onto her sub. No one bothered going back to replace the bottle with a fresh one to pour a little more into her sub...
Read moreThis place is horrible. This is the third time I have been there in as many weeks. Each time the only type of bread they had was wheat. The sign and internet indicate that they are open at 9, the first time I stopped in they were opening the door at 10:30, the second time it was noon and they were open, and today I showed up at 10 am and no one was there,. About 5 minutes later a minivan sped in and two women jumped out and opened the store. I asked the young lady if they opened at 9 and she ignored me, I asked the second young young lady who was working behind the counter and she said they had "problems" and asked me why I waited when I saw no none in the store.....I waited because YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 9AM!!!! Once again they only bread available was wheat, until the gentlemen behind me asked what type of bread they had and was told wheat and Italian herb and cheese with no cheese. They "toasted" my sub with another gentlemen's, neither one was completely toasted. I was asked if I would like it toasted more and I indicated a FEW more seconds would be nice, 20 seconds later the sub was overcooked. The sub itself was horrible!!!! I wish I could leave...

One worker behind the counter moving so slow she was almost standing still. While the other worker was slowly sweeping the restaurant floor, clearly aware there was a line of customers. After deciding to help get the customers taken care of, she washed her hands then asked me for my order, then walked away and just stood there. So, after waiting again, the other worker asked me my order again. No smiles, no facial expressions whatsoever. I take that back, the facial expressions were of disgust of having to work with the public.
