In the past have had no issue, this order part of my order is not there. I tell the driver before he leaves and he informed me "my manager must not of put the chips in the bag. I'll come back with them." I said OK. 45 minutes later, no return. I call the store and the "acting" manager asks if I still want the chips or if I just want free chips on my next order. I was going to take it, but the manager was so complacent, no apology. Just said that he just came on shift after 4pm and he hasn't even taken an order yet, he said that it must have been the manager on shift before him. I asked if the driver had left yet, but the 'acting' manager said that he didn't know who brought the order. I asked if there isn't a way to track the order, his response was "well, yeah." I voiced concern that I had tipped this driver. The 'acting' manager asked why that would be a concern to me. I said it was because I tipped 20% based on good service and now I am receiving a free bag of $1.49 chips. I was told it wasn't the driver's fault, I informed him it was his fault he didn't return when he said he would. The 'acting' manager actually asked, "uh, me what I want him to do?" Nothing, absolutely nothing. A visit to the store when the actual manager is back in on Monday...

However if you order online and specifically ask for a certain sandwich there is a 90 to 95% chance you will not get the correct sandwich. The menu options are right there on the receipt, I do not understand why it is incorrect this often. I give two stars because apparently one of the draws of jimmy john's is freaky fast delivery. With this location it's not terrible but it's completely moot if the sandwiches wrong 90% of the time
(Edit three weeks after the last review. I ordered again and got the completely wrong sandwich. I went up and explained. Everyone was understanding and got a new sandwich. I received a call from the manager apologizing for a recent string of this happening and was offered a free sandwich. I appreciate that, so I'm increasing the review, because dealing with people...
Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered lunch for our employees and after an hour and 3 calls later we asked that they remake our lunch so that we can pick it up. Their 1 driver was sent out with 15+ deliveries! Hire help!!! Our employees finally had lunch at almost 2 pm when we ordered for delivery at 12:20. To top it off the fat girl with the nasty personality had the audacity to have an attitude with our employee that we sent to pick up lunch!
