Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

This Taco Bell is an absolute joke, the workers are rude as hell. They got a little busy and all hell broke loose. Waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes... line didn't move an inch. Decided to go in and order my food. Worst decision of my life. First ... some nice old lady was ordering her seniors meal and had asked for her cup for a sweet tea, she was ignored completely after the worker looked her dead in the face and continued to sweep the disgusting floor... Then proceeded to shout at me to tell me they needed to refund my entire order because the fryers were down... I ordered two luxe cravings boxes that didn't require anything to be fried. I walked up to the counter and questioned what was going on. I got an attitude and told they would just hurry up and make my order. Sat for another 20 minutes and finally my order came up. Looked in the bag and knew it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Didn't even care bc I was ready to freak out on somebody. ended up with a bag of hard and soft tacos about 5 of each, a Mexican pizza (that tasted like chemicals) and two chalupas... went to fill the cups with pop and nothing but soda water came out. Ended up getting the zero sugar Baja, and it was disgusting. Moral of the story... don't ever waste your time going to this location. Workers are rude and disgruntle, don't wanna be there, and should find a different job if they are even capable of getting another one. The Harper and little Mack location is so much better. The owners and employees here should be ashamed...

Was rated 4 now rated 1 I’m confused.... For a Christmas present my bf bought me a $25 for here cause it’s my favorite fast food. And I checked, it was $25 Anyways so one day I decided to go and use the card so I would get a decent amount of food which will hold me over night. I order my usual which came to $20.00 EXACTLY!, which obviously means there would be $5 left in my card. So about a week or two later I decided to go and use the last $5 that I had, we go up to the window with a total of $17 something. Anyways we go up to the window and I was 100% sure that I had the $5 on my card still and I give it to them, they give me my food and swiped my card, about 1 minute later they tell me there is nothing on my card....:/ I found that weird so I just paid regular, and left knowing something was wrong cause I knew for sure that there was still $5 left of my card. It’s now a few days later and check my balance and see that it says $0....that’s weird cause how did I have $25, use $20, have $5 left and then it just disappears..???? I would like to know what happened and they will not receive anymore of my money or service until this...

DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 10pm!! multiple times I have gone there after 10pm and they told me they were closed but i didn't wait in a line so i understood. Today i waited in a long line for probably like 15 minutes, got to the speaker and they told me they were closed. There were many cars behind me to that had also been waiting. This is so RUDE. Staff clearly doesn't care. I've worked food service my whole life and what we've done for the drive thru is we go outside and tell the last car in line, 'Hey, we will be taking you as our last customer. If you wouldn't mind could you tell the cars behind you that we are closed. we'd really appreciate you.' It's literally so simple. just a helpful tip maybe you'll pick it up if you guys cared AT ALL. I find it so disrespectful the staff couldn't even finish the line before they told us they were closed. I will never go back to this location. and no i do not need the taco bell customer service bot to respond. what you can do is FIRE your night staff and get some people who will actually work. much love hope you'll find the energy to do your taco...
