Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Went at 8:30pm, receptionist lady refused to sell me the $3.99 bites they promote in the Menu (for no reason, she didnt even give me an excuse, they just didnt want to do it: thats false advertising).

Thats upsetting, I try to deal with it though, and order a pepperoni pizza. They give me one, i leave. I open the pizza box in the car and bite the first slice i get. The pizza is Hard and “old” (obviously it had been sitting in their “closet oven” for hours). They should have never sold it.

I go back in, show the lady receptionist the pizza. She agrees its horrible. She asks if i an ok waiting “10 minutes” for a fresh one, I say ok.

20 minutes later i’m still sitting there. I go to the lady and remind her of my order. She asked my name, I say Nick - but inform her she didnt attach my name to my order because she never asked my name, so she asks “what my order is”, at this point im mad - how was she ever going to give me my pizza if im the only one in the restaurant at that point, and she doesnt know what my order is????

I inform her its a Pepperoni Pizza. She opens the “closet oven” where they have the pizzas that are already done and it’s just sitting there. She hands the pizza to me

So i had been waiting probably 10 extra minutes and my order was just sitting there. Plus she the time i wasted getting the previous horrible pizza.

Plus the fact they wouldnt sell me what i wanted - the 3.99 meal

Mind you every freaking time they messed up my order or didnt want to sell me what i wanted, I was dealing with HER, the same Person. By the 3rd time i was dealing with her, SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR, especially if IM THE ONLY ONE STANDING THERE and she is seeing me. She didnt even have the curiosity to ask proactively “whats your order sir”

She is dumb and incompetent.

This happened april 27th/2025. I arrived there at around 8:30...

Everything went wrong today. We didn’t feel like cooking today and this was a nightmare. I will start with the ordering and their automated pick up, the service,then with the food quality. Ordering was easy at their app, the email has a bug, the first email said the order was going to be ready tomorrow, i mean, the next day, see pic. I dont work for them, so why I have to pick up my order instead of them give it to me. So, I approached the cashier and asked for my order, she responded… its in the oven, so I sit o a chair right in front of her. There were no customers and, after 20 minutes of waiting in the same chair I noticed a pizza box and a box of wing in the automated oven, so I asked her, if that was my order and she replied, I told you it was in the oven!!! OMG, I said to myself, what in the world!!!!! Come on guys, if that is my order, give it to me, she told me, it’s in the email, I said, What is in the email, she responded the code! I said, just give it to me, then she ignored me and started folding receipts and talking to the cook. I cant believe I was waiting, my food was ready and she didn’t made an attempt to give it to me. Then the kitchen guy came and handed the pizza to me. Totally non sense situation. Then, I wanted to try their Detroit pizza. It was cold, undercooked and so thick that it wasn’t eatable, see pics. The dough was soggy. The wings were soggy, like eating a sponge, only couple of wings were ok, the rest. Will not return, will...

Deserves no stars or a -10 Went Wednesday night 11/14 abt 7 pm Ordered 2 $5 hot an ready pepperoni a bag of bread sticks and extra marinara. Charged 18.16 gave the girl 19 . she asked if I had the 16 cents when I said no she replied I only gave her 18 . I told her I gave her 19 she said no 18 then recounted ya 19 oh they must have been stuck . ya ok .. No receipt so I'm wondering y so much on my way home I call manager answers I re give my order and ask for total 16.01 so I ask y I was charged 18.16 . does the box say extra most best ... Yes what's the difference extra cheese and pepperoni . ok but that's not what I asked for . did u ask for the classic ? No I said 2 of the $5 hot an ready pepperoni... Well u can being it back and exchange ( ya half of 1 is gone sorry got the hungry kids) well we can't do anything if the pizza is messed up or taste bad we can take it back but if its not we can not help you ..... I didn't get what I asked for got embarrassed by cashier saying I didn't give her enough $ and u can't help me unless the pizza tastes bad ... My 2am heart burn and my Diareah from 7am to 1pm says the pizza was bad can I get a refund now especially since all 3 kids got sent home from school sick vomiting and Diareah too? Bad food and service all around won't be going...
