Best help we had on our trip. We needed to ship 3 boxes on a Sunday. UPS is closed late Saturday and Sunday. However there is a list of places called an Access Point. (Places in a store like CVS). However, they will not ship out a package that doesn't have a pre printed UPS label. But CVS didn't tell us that when we stopped there Saturday night. They just said we don't have boxes to use. We brought the filled boxes on Sunday and were then told you need the label. So someone finally said try Staples . So I called, spoke to the young man in the picture and he said sure we do all that. We drove 20 minutes to St. Cloud and he handled it quickly and even found a coupon for some money off the total. Planet Fitness St.Cloud personnel was all good, except for one of the ladies. I had to connect online for an emergency zoom presentation and this female decided to start doing the cleaning even though it was obvious she was causing me trouble hearing. This emñloyee thought it was imperative to turn on the vacuum cleaner and stayed around me and my presentation all the time. I looked at her, suggesting I was having trouble hearing. That only caused her to move closer and stay longer around my presentation. She portrayed herself as a person with no empathy towards me, defyant and uncooperative with me as a client. Thought...

I have never in my adult life (customer svc 39 years) seen a group of rude and incompetent people working in the same store, I don't know the name of the person on the register , but she pushed the envelope I was returning back to me and says we'll I can't help you, my blood started boiling and told he that I would stand there until she figured out how to help me!
