Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

I frequently use the drive through for this Chick-fil-A. I have never been inside this one, but they always look busy inside. The drive thru is very efficient. 90 percent of the time it is moving along and it is surprising how quickly they get you through even if it looks busy. I have been at so many other drive thrus that do not look busy, but I wait longer at those that seem like nothing is going on, but this busy Chick-fil-A gets you through quickly. It feels safe and clean. Also, see many law enforcement, police cars use the drive through, so it has a reputation to being quick service. I use their cellphone app and place my order and pay for it before I get there. I just pull through the drive thru, tell them my name and they wave me through to the window. Very easy and efficient. Good that is meant to be hot is always very hot. Also love their salads. The salads rank at the very top of the list of any saled I would get anywhere. Salad is always fresh and crisp, and very good options. Just love the salads. I love all the chicken options, nuggets, filets, spicy and not spicy. Spicy is sometimes very spicy, but I like that. Fries are too good, I want to keep eating them. Food is always tasty. The service of the staff, for friendly, polite, and efficiency is top notch. I expected a long line and the employees to be kind and helpful in the drive thru... that's exactly what I a received.

It wasn't until I was told to wait in spot 1 or my food that there was any issue. The girl came to my window and handed me a bag with my food and right with it, a bag full of wet paper towels and trash. She disappeared before I could give it back. Not only did I feel absolutely disgusted having a bag full of someone's garbage in my hand, but I had to either go through that drive thru line again to grab an employee or bring my baby and 2 kids inside to go throw it out myself. I wasn't doing either. So I wrapped around the bend and waited outside the line for an employee. I called for their attention. They clearly wanted to ignore me for not being in line (that's fair I guess...but still rude). I finally got their attention and told them what happened. They were probably just as grossed out as I was, because I sat there for a good few minutes holding this bag of trash given to be by an employee before I had to ask her to take the bag from me. She took it reluctantly but still kind (thank you for that atleast)... but seriously?! That was so gross and to think she carried that trash in the same hand she carried my food (might be a bit dramatic since they are in bags...but tell me you wouldn't be grossed out). I love Chick Fila, my family and I been going there for years, we love the food. But not all Chick Fila locations are the same, meaning there value. I usually going to the one @ Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee or the one in St. Cloud and I must say the one in St. Cloud has better service. The one in Osceola is not stepping up to there standards. I have been there the last few weeks and I ordered a egg white biscuit with Colby Jack cheese and there wasn’t any cheese amount other orders I have made. They forget the straws or gave me the wrong order as pulling away from the curbside pick up or having me waiting 20 minutes for one thing I ordered, the list goes and on. I’m not one to complain about things like this. But I am a paying customer and would like to be serve accordingly to the service that Chick Fila used to perform. It seems like after the pandemic everyone and everything is no longer quality and quantity service. I’m very hurt because I love Chick Fila over all the fast food restaurants out there.
