Read moreIt pains me to report such a negative review on a fast food place that I've always patronized even with its many flaws. When you pull up to the drive-thru window, you expect good service, not sarcastic lip. They gave me an incorrect order and I didn't realize it until I got home. I ordered and paid for 5 classic roast beef for $10. They gave me two French dip instead. I returned with my receipt to get what I originally ordered. At least the receipt was correct. I handed them the incorrect order and they gave me the corrected order hopefully. I told the person at the drive-thru that I felt the least they could do is just let me have the other order that had now been sitting in my car for over 1 hour after driving back to my place and then drive back to Arby's again and then have to wait an additional 40 minutes again in line to get their mistake corrected. They just should have offered, the least they could have done since it was their mistake and my receipt proved it. Not only would they not do that when I asked, and by that time the food was cold, I didn't even get a, "we're sure sorry for the inconvience that this has imposed on you." Completely rude and thoughtless behavior and service by Arby's! At some point one has to ask, is any of this incompetence intentional? It could be! Maybe they think you won't notice or possibly it won't be worth your time to do anything about it and you'll just forget it and come back for more of the same later. In this particular case, they would have also "taken me" for $4.00 in the purchase. Always check what's in your bag! They screw up more times than not! After this incident, Arby's has lost a loyal customer, at least at this Bluff Street location in St George, UT. This is the S L O W E S T fast food place on planet earth and only getting slower. The quality of the food is not always the best much of the time which is also a sad point to make. And I think it is note worthy to mention that the night manager on duty that evening, she was even more rude to me than the window help was. Get a clue people, this in not how you treat the people who patronize your business and keep you in business. Be grateful for your jobs, without us, you wouldn't have one. Take care and have some pride in what you're doing. Don't make so many constant mistakes, and please show some respect and courtesy to your customers. We don't have to be here. I'll bet that if your paycheck was based off the number of mistakes many of you make, many there would not be receiving a paycheck at all and rightfully so! Get with it... Obviously your manager is a no show and doesn't care about how she reflects her work ethic or lack there of, on a business. My advice, just don't go here unless you want to be HUGELY disappointed and waste your time and your money. No one should have to mention these things to you Arby's employees. Just plain disgusted with your poor work ethic and your lousy, rude attitude. To the workers that actually care there, kudos to you, we need more like you! 1/11/2021 Edit Your note response down below is auto-generated and responding to it would do little good and make no difference to anyone. It's only used to make you appear that you might care. I don't believe you do! It's also just a dead link! Curious, your reviews don't refresh fully. You might get 8 or 10 reviews to pull up but that's it! You have over 900 that have left a comment. It only sits there and spins and won't refresh any further. That makes me wonder what they're trying to hide. Maybe it's just a server issue, but not so sure! Here's my feedback...
Me and my kids came here today and ordered food and sat down to eat and was approached rudely being told the dining room was closed but yet the table we were at had all the chairs out and around the table there were no signs or chains blocking off the dining area and posted closed to sit and eat.
Then with my order I ordered potato cakes and they looked burnt or contaminated I then after walking outside to eat in my vehicle noticed the condition of the potato cakes and had to go back inside to notify them and they didn't even act concerned but they made me a new batch and after I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home that I noticed that the new batch is just as nasty looking as the old ones. So I called and talked with the manager and she talked and made me feel like she was trying to get off the phone and all she said to me was I will try to get the oil changed asap. She didn't even ask me if she could make it better for me. I told her that my stomach isn't feeling all that well and she said that its ok it won't hurt me in any way. I know that it can make you very sick eating bad food thats been cooked with bad products I know that its not very sanitary and it shouldn't be over looked so easily. It seems to me that even with covid 19 that people still don't care about the quality of the food they are serving but care more about wearing masks and closing dining rooms and it seems that sells of food and cover are more important then quality service treatment isn't even important anymore they didn't even have and hand sanitizer in the dispenser on the wall what kind of place has ARBYS BECOME? I USED TO LOVE THEIR FOOD AND THEIR SERVICE but obviously they have gotten to be no better then MCDONALDS their food can be cooked poorly and their customer service is garbage. Its almost as if their moto is just shut up and give me your money we don't care to make sure the food we serve is what its supposed to be and ya ya ya it won't hurt you. Give me a break worst place to eat at in 2020. Sorry but I'm not coming back if I could give a review that was no stars I would but I have to give it atleast one star me and my family never ate somewhere that if something was wrong they would tell you that its perfectly ok nor have we ever not been asked if they could make it right for us. But not here they could care less its not like they would eat it or maybe they would 🤔 pretty sad that ARBY'S has gone from top notch from when I worked for them to no class low class they may have the meats but thats all they got I suggest to everyone don't eat anything at ARBY'S if it has to be cooked in oil cause obviously they can't tell that its bad until they pull something out of it. And even then they don't even tell you that the food came out nasty they just put it in the bag and let you leave because 10 to1 your not going to go back for new ones it seems more they are counting on you spending all your money and throwing the food away and think you'll be back another day cause hey maybe it will be better next time I think I not only wasted my time but my fuel and money that is already hard to come by because I'm disabled bit who cares thats my problem not theirs if I was a veteran id still get that treatment and you aught to be ashamed of yourself how can quality be so much harder to have then to keep covid 19 out of our lives? Its...
Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but I have never had a good experience at this location. Simply put, they offer slow food, not fast food. It took about 10 minutes in the drive through to get my 2 roast beef sandwiches, I was the only person in line. The food seems a bit stale and old? I’ve never noticed any quality issues at other Arby’s but maybe I haven’t paid close attention. The meat was stale and dry. The employees are somewhat polite to the customer but they seem to be rude and demanding towards each other. On a different occasion, I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line without the line moving and inch so I parked and went inside to order… then waited almost 10 minutes inside and was never even acknowledged by a single employee. A simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. I’m willing to wait my turn and be empathetic towards low staffing but I don’t enjoy being completely ignored as the only person in line for 10 minutes. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. I understand they may be understaffed but this location needs to focus on changing or redoing their systems as well as improving customer experience. Little changes that would hardly take very little extra effort could make a world of difference. It’s why places like Chick Fil A are so nice to be at… they focus heavily on customer experience! It’s mind blowing that nothing has changed at this location, especially with so many similar reviews AND the franchise to several of them saying they will pass this information onto the location management… my experience has been consistent the 4-5 times I have visited this location since I moved nearby 6 months ago. Either the management is not actually receiving this feedback or they are not taking...
