You won't find a better Jeweler in Southern Utah, and believe me I looked! Shane, Darrin, and Patrick were all incredible. Providing me with all the help I needed to make my wife's wedding ring 100% unique and special to us and making sure I as the customer was happy was their #1 priority. It's still their #1 priority a few months after the purchase, which is very impressive to me and really speaks to their character and desire to help in anyway they can as individuals and as a business.

Initially I wasn't sure if I wanted to do (or would be able to afford) a custom ring, and I brought in example pictures of some of the rings she liked to see what they had in stock. They offered to create a digital design and provided an estimate on the cost, and once they did I provided feedback that changed it. We went through several digital mock-ups (all of this for no cost), and they provided great feedback on things I could add to the ring as well as how we could implement some of the special symbolism I wanted to include.

I am a very avid (and sometimes borderline ridiculous) researcher when it comes to large expenses, so I went to every jewelry store in town looking at their stock and getting prices as well as custom quotes. I even went so far as to spend hours researching the four C's of diamonds and how to determine whether you are getting good quality or not. Seven Oaks literally spent hours of their time answering my questions, educating me when I asked questions about the industry, and helping me hone in the ring design until it was exactly what I wanted as well as within budget. The final result was a much better quality ring at a lower cost than I could get an off the shelf ring from elsewhere, and it was completely custom and absolutely perfect for my wife.

To top it all off, Shane even offered his services to come and secretly film the proposal with his drone. So now we have a fun video to treasure along with the ring.

Short Version: I felt like I was a million dollar client with how I was treated and the service they gave me. AMAZING WORKMANSHIP, wonderful communication, friendly and personable, AND extremely fair and reasonable regarding the price. Our Story: I purchased my wife's ring 8 years ago at a different Jeweler here in town. After only 8 years the ring broke and the diamond fell out a number of times (luckily we were able to find it everytime). We were fed up with the other jeweler "fixing" the ring only to have problems with it again and again. I took the broken ring and separated diamon into Seven Oaks to see what they could do. They gave me a lot of different options going forward and I never felt like I was being pushed into more than I wanted to spend. I was amazed to hear Shane explain the scientific and technical side of the ring reconstruction with all the equipment they have in house. Their ON SITE gold smith came out and met with me to explain more options and answer questions. I was really impressed about everything being done in house and NOTHING getting farmed out to who knows where. In the end I was able to pick a new larger diamond from their loose diamond selection in stock. The gold smith was able to fix the broken parts of the ring, resize it, make it stronger and bigger so it could fit the new larger diamond. The end result was better than I imagined. They completed it before my deadline so I could surprise my wife and she is ecstatic about it. They also were able to help me get insurance on the ring. I had in my mind that insurance would be way too expensive, it is NOT! For a few bucks a month it is completely insured and I don't have to worry about it. Knowledgeable, willing, patient and very friendly staff. I usually don’t leave reviews of anything, but this was a significant purchase and a very positive experience I feel that others should know about.

I was out of state for work training for several months, with no way to feasibly go buy a ring for my now-fiancé. She (of course) already had the Pinterest boards put together of ideas. I asked her to go look around St. George to get an idea of rings she liked. Unfortunately, she wasn’t finding the rings she wanted at all the other name-brand stores that only had generic rings. She went to Seven Oaks, and found a ring that was almost perfect.

Let me be the first to tell you that anything short of perfect for a bride-to-be just doesn’t cut it. I called Seven Oaks and asked what it would take to design a ring that would be perfect. They said they would be more than happy to. I worked with Brayden over the course of a few weeks to design exactly what she wanted, based on what she said and with her Pinterest pins.

Most of my communication with Brayden was over text. OVER TEXT! Seven Oaks went above and beyond to make everything perfect for her while I was thousands of miles away. Not only did Brayden make the experience positive and gave great suggestions, but he also rolled with the punches when we decided to change the stone that was already ordered for the ring.

Can’t say enough about these guys. She’s had so many compliments on her ring from almost everyone, even strangers. She loves it!! I have a troth of Snapchat selfies as evidence.
