Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Saint George

TERRIBLE service! Visiting this establishment was one of the top 2 WORST coffee experiences I've ever had. The girl who took my order just stood at the counter and barely talked - which is fine, I guess, but then apparently she FORGOT to make sure someone made my drink! There were only two customers inside and no drive-thru line, so they weren't busy. While I stood there waiting for 15 minutes, they called out the two inside orders. One girl called out a third order, and when there was no one to pick it up, she realized it was for a drive-thru order. As I stood and waited, I watched four employees walking around behind the counter looking lost, not doing anything in particular. I waited for 15 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped, and then she brushed it off like it was no big deal that I hadn't gotten my drink. She and the girl who took my order exchanged a few confused comments and shoulder shrugs before finally working on my drink. While I waited, two other customers came in, and there was no one at the counter to greet them. They were just barely placing their order by the time I finally got my drink.

I've read several negative reviews and the management/owner's response is apologetic and claims that efforts will be done to better train the staff. It seems to me customer service isn't a priority and no one really cares about making improvements.

Oh, and my drink was alright, not anything rave about and certainly not worth the 20...

I use to love bean, and brews ordered them from back in 2017 for the first time, and loved them, what I loved most was the consistency, you can order the same drink, and it's the same all the time. Today that's a new story they suck, ordered from this location, and my drinks never are what I order. They taste like someone else's drink, or what I hate most is you group order, and everyone's drink taste exactly the same, we each taste each other's drinks, and ask where is the pumpkin, or Carmel, or cinnamon it's always a different drink, and never what you ordered straight crap. It's just this location go to the one by smiths, and they're still amazing, but this location literally tarnished their reputation, I dare the owner to do a group order on Ubereats do a big group order of 4-6 drinks, and I guarantee you'll have a drink that's not what you ordered, not to mention drinks that don't have espresso end up having espresso which makes people who don't want espresso get the...

We usually go to Starbucks and thought we'd give this coffee shop a try. At first we were favorably impressed. The atmosphere was bright and sunny, the hostess was friendly and the food was good. So, since it is closer for me I was all ready to make them my go- to, and I downloaded their app. Later, trying to place an order on the app I saw that their price for a 20 oz drink is basically the same as Starbucks - $6. So far, so good, (although I think that if they want to compete with Starbucks, they might want to undercut them). But then, as i tried to customize my order (I like Sweet), I see that every add on has a cost! You could easily spend $8 on your coffee. And if you want an extra shot of espresso it is an additional 1 dollar. So I uninstalled my app and will not be back.
