I went here last night and sat in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. The car in front of me I assume was the workers friends because there was one girl hanging out of the sunroof and a person in the driver side back window and one person in the driver side, they didnât move until I had already been sitting there for 10 minutes and once they finally did move the employees shut the âblindsâ and turned off the lights and wouldnât come to the window. I was waiting there before they closed but the car didnât move even after they had their drinks (maybe talking to their friend that was working) until right at 9:30. I went over to the tabernacle location today and talked to the supervisor that was working (Reagan) to see if they had information on who I could contact about that and she was very helpful and kind to make sure I had the information I needed. She let me know that shouldnât have happened and that wasnât the way they do...

We made eye contact a few times but he just looked at me then looked back at the drinks on the counter. I assumed he was waiting for my pretzels to bake or something? After a few minutes I noticed him staring at me with a disgusted look on his face, so I roll down my window. He then opens the drive-through window, and I said is everything OK and he said oh, I was just waiting for you to roll down your window. (It was raining, we made eye contact sever times and he never approached the drive thru window with my order.) I said, oh, I didn't realize my order was ready. You never approached the window, and he argued with me, and said that he did, and kind of huffed and puffed. THEN he got my order from the counter and rolled his eyes at me. I know how drive-through's work. I have never had an experience like this at a drive-through window....

The current cookies are always a disappointment, please go back to what we all loved. Prices for different drink sizes are nearly identical so if you decide to get half as much one day donât expect the cost to reflect that. And waters. They wonât let you get water in a tumbler unless itâs one you bought there, so you buy a cup. Fair enough. It probably costs a few cents for the cup and Iâm willing to pay extra for someoneâs time so yeah, charge me a dollar for the water. But nope, itâs over $3 for a cup of water. I end up having to make a second errand to get water somewhere else because thatâs just ridiculous. But overall itâs still a good store and I...
