Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Saint George

We been seeing commercials about the Three choices of $ 2.99 burgers on TV and they made them look real big and good so we drove ten miles to get a couple to go as they wont let you dine in. We ordered two burgers two drinks and fries. The guy asked us if we wanted fry sauce and I said yes plenty. We got our order fairly fast and couldnt wait to eat it. We drove home got in the house and pulled out the meals. To our surprise we were very dissatisfied with the meal. The burgers were half the size shown in the pictures at Carl's display and on TV. The burgers were over cooked they must have been cooked earlier that day as they were very dry and looked like Hockey Pucks. You had to look hard to find onions and pickles on them...and they were very small....nothing like the big juicy ones advertised and we didn't get any fry sauce as requested. Needless to say after one bite and spending $12+ dollars we threw them away and went to Wendy's and got their four for $4 burger, fries, chicken tenders and frosty. Yummy. Carl Jr needs to do a much better job or they will be out of business...sale your burgers as advertised and fresh. ☹ Also note they were Not Busy @...

We been here several times without issue but the last time we went ruined it for us. First we spent an hour stuck in the drive through with hungry kids. No chance of backing out. When we finally got to the window to get our food I had to correct them on the number of drinks. It wasn't until we got home we realized they completely missed giving us one our meals and I had to explain it to my four year old who was up past his bed time why he didn't get his corndog. But it kind of worked out because then I discovered mine which I had asked them twice not to put cheese on because I'm allergic to it had cheese melted all over it. My four year old got to eat the cheese burger. In short it was an awful experience and my husband and I were too exhausted to go back and make them fix it. When we filed a compliant online. I GOTTA SAYY THE NEW DUDE PUTTING IN WORK (HIS NAME IS JOSEPH) TOTALLY MADE MY EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE LIKE HE WAS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING AND WAS ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL ALL WHILE MAKING A ENVIRONMENT THAT WAS COMFORTABLE AND INVITING I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD CAME IN WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS AND LET ME JUST SAY LAST THING I EXPECTED WHEN WALKING IN THE DOOR WAS FOR A VISIT TO A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT TO MAKE MY DAY I MEAN TO TO COME INTO A BUSINESS IN GENERAL AND SEE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK REALLY MAKES ME FEEL LIKE THERE'S HOPE FOR THIS COUNTRY SO KUDOS TO YOU CARL'S JR YOU GUYS SEEM TO HAVE HIRED ON A WINNER I WISH I COULD HAVE HAD HIM WORK AT MY SMALL BUSINESS BACK IN THE DAY SO OFTEN WE FORGET HOW THE LITTLE THINGS REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM OUT IN OUR WORKFORCE WITHOUT A QUESTION ANYWAYS I JUST HAD TO TAKE THE MOMENT OUT OF MY DAY TO GO AHEAD AND SAY MY PEACE OF...
