Tropical Smoothie Cafe St George UT-006 — Restaurant in Saint George

I am disappointed, Tropical Smoothie... I never really write bad reviews due to finding that positivity spreads a more beautiful way, but after so many times of the inconsistent behavior and lack of caring to include the necessary ingredients I am actually paying for... I just don't see how else to get through to this company (besides not returning again).

I have always LOVED the Southwest Omelette Wrap. Like I ate it EVERYDAY when I was pregnant kind of love.. You know what I'm talking about? It's A breakfast item served ALL DAY packed with some fiber, some protein and a whole lot of deliciousness..... UNTIL NOW. Ingredients of said wrap: Eggs, Spinach, Chicken, Tomato, and Chipotle Mayo wrapped in a tortilla.

What was in my wrap for lunch today? Minimal Eggs, virtually no chicken, more tomatoes than I should eat in a lifetime, CILANTRO instead of spinach and NO CHIPOTLE MAYO -- IM ALLERGIC TO CILANTRO!!!! No big deal though, right? Just cant feel my face or throat. Needless to say, I work far out in Ivins and had to throw out my wrap and settle for a flavorless smoothie because the Avocolada recipe has dwindled to an awkward flavored water that is no...

My wife and I went to get lunch here because of their free smoothie if you wear flip flops promotion. We wore our flip flops and went to the restaurant. We were told we had to wait to until 2pm to get the smoothies. We had arrived just after 1pm. We explained that my wife needed to be to work at 2pm. We asked that if we purchased lunch if we could get our smoothies a bit early so she could get to work. They said they could work with us on that. We bought lunch and donated to their charity. We finished our lunch and waited until and extra ten minutes. We asked again if they would please get our smoothies which were the reason we were there. They said they couldn’t help us until 2pm. We left at 1:55pm without smoothies. Very disappointed we came so excited to give them buisness and get the promotion they were offering and had to leave empty handed after waiting so long and being told they would help. I recently visited Topical Smoothie Cafe and had a disappointing experience. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly impatient and rude. It was clear she was upset that we arrived close to closing time. She handed us our smoothies and aggressively slammed the window shut.

To make matters worse, the quality of the smoothies was terrible. We ordered a Paradise Point, but what we received seemed like a banana blended with water; there was no sign of pineapple or strawberry. The peanut butter cup smoothie tasted like cocoa powder mixed with ice chunks. It felt like the employees were doing the bare minimum to try to get out the door by 8 pm

Considering we spent nearly $20 on two smoothies, this experience was very disappointing. I doubt I'll return to Topical Smoothie Cafe. The prices are too high to be treated poorly and served such...
