Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint George

I am SO furious right now. VERY few times in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and insanely poor customer service. I have let this mistake slide OVER and OVER and OVER. We order from one of the 3 Dominos near us almost every week. Usually it's this Bluff Street location. We order all our pizzas "Square Cut" since that's AN OPTION in the app. It's better for our family. It allows for smaller pieces for the littler ones, it seems to go further AND everyone can pick if they want an inside piece or a piece with a crust. It's great. BUT I would say out the last 10 to 15 times we have ordered from this location, we have had them square cut MAYBE one or two times. About half of the time, we just take it and don't complain. Which is saying a lot since we are spending over $100 a month at Dominos. Several times, they have "Pie Cut" it, and THEN realized their mistake and then ALSO square cut it on top of that. Do you know what that does to the pizza? Trust me, nobody wants a whole bunch of 1 inch pieces, it really defeats the purpose. We HAVE had this issue at ALL locations in St. George, but it's been LITERALLY almost every time at this one. Well, this time I thought I would help THEM out and save us all the trouble. So I placed my order on the app and as soon as it said someone started my order, I took the time to CALL and ask them to please highlight and/or circle the "SQUARE CUT" (it literally says it ON their slip they are making it with). The guy was surprisingly unfriendly and just said okay. I'm like...do you want my name? He was just ready to get off the phone apparently when he didn't even know who I was. So I gave him my name and was super friendly, and just said "Yeah I just hate for you guys to have to make them again, so if you could just make sure that they get square cut, that would be awesome!" He literally hung up without saying goodbye at all. ALL my kids that heard me on speaker phone were like, wow he wasn't very nice. So I leave to go get the pizza...the tracker is saying it's "being made" for a good 25 minutes. I'm like, surely that can't be right...so I sit in the drive thru to grab them. Sat there for another 15 minutes with one car in front of me. I got out of the drive thru line and parked to go in instead. The app finally said they were complete, so I alerted the app I was on my way in. Sat there at the counter for another couple minutes. A guy finally came up and asked my name and went looking for the pizza. Had to ask someone else and they said it will be another 10 minutes or so. I said "I'm sorry? Why would it be another 10 minutes, it said complete and it's been like 45 minutes or more since I ordered". The other lady (who had to remake my pizza two weeks ago) said, because we have to remake one of them because it didn't get square cut. I said, are you kidding me? I even called to make sure that it would this time to SAVE you guys from having to remake it. She then got SUPER defensive with me (I mean, I get it, I could see that they were very busy and saw three ladies walking out with like 30 pizzas, which I'm sure put them behind), but that doesn't mean you be rude to your paying customers! She started going off about how busy they were and how it wasn't their fault and they are over here almost dropping pizzas because they are going so fast. I said, "Okay, but what about the guy I SPOKE with over the phone to make sure they would actually get square cut?" Well she didn't even know who I talked to and didn't seem to care. So BECAUSE of all of this, I was going to be late getting my daughter to a function she was supposed to be at, and had to have her friends mom take her super last minute as I wasn't going to be home for another 30 minutes or so. I literally could not believe the way I was treated. Like, if you don't want to pay attention to square cut the pizza, don't have it as an option! We will NOT be going to this location ever again. My kids are kinda tired of the hour long ordeal every week. GIRL you should be ashamed of yourself for treating paying...

I have normally had great service here but for some reason had a terrible experience on my most recent order.

I ordered a large meal with pizzas, bread, salads, drinks etc... online and everything loaded fine and said it would be delivered within 30 minutes or so. An hour goes by and then the store calls and says they can't deliver to the address. The house is literally like 15 minutes from the store? Why did the store accept the address? The person on the phone says he'll cancel the order and then I need to call the closest Dominoes and order over the phone. This store is the closest to the house which is why I ordered from this store and why the online ordering system placed the order with this store as well. I told the employee this and he says I guess I am sorry I can't do anything.

So an hour goes by, no food, and now I am scrambling trying to get food to my friend who just moved into a new house and the next quickest delivery is another hour or so out.

The store or employees need to scrub the addresses as soon as the order comes in, not an hour later and then not be able to...

Both pizzas were in smashed boxes, grease right through the top cover, no stuffed cheeey bread-that was ordered, one of two garlic dip, one of two marinara dip, two cinnamon twists when only one was ordered No receipt please sign this sticker for me, called the store and it will be at least 45 to 60 minutes (because we have other orders you know) for the replacement of one pizza , stuffed cheesey bread and missing sauces, had to repeat the problem to the operator approximately six times, and his response was “it’s your call, what do you want to do about it? I asked what do you usually do . Well it’s your call what would you like us to do . ..and on, so apparently a request for what I ordered and not stuck to the lid is irritating.
