I love Jamba, but after my experience today, I just don't know, I am so frustrated. I wanted to get a smoothie before I went to work at 9. I got there around 8:45, after making sure that they would be open. There was no one there and they were not open, even though they should have been open at 8. I went on my way. I thought well, maybe I will call later and see why they were not open when they said they would be, and maybe go on my lunch break. They have a phone number listed online, so I call several times with no answer. I finally leave a message because the voice-mail said to leave a message and someone will get back to you. Several hours later I have not got a call back from them. I call again and leave another message. This was probably around 5:30 by now, and all I wanted to know is if they were open so I don't waste my time going there again. I decided to go there after I get off work to see why they were not open and why no one answers the phone or calls customers back when they leave a message. I asked to speak with a manager and the girl there said she was so I go over what I had been happening and how frustrated I was feeling. She wasn't really unhelpful but didn't offer me any solutions to the frustration I was feeling, almost like she didn't really care. Usually managers are problem solvers and should do something to take care of the customer right away but she did not. She had some excuse about them not having a phone yet because they just opened but they have been open for 4 months so why would you not have a phone for the business. The voice-mail message literally says I have reached the bluff street jamba and leave a message for someone to call you back. I left my information there for the district manager/general manager so hopefully one of them will get back to me soon and be more helpful.
It has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard back from a manager. I guess they really don't care about...
Read moreI usually love Jamba Juice but this was hands down the worst experience Iâve ever had at one. I walk in at 6pm on a Tuesday and thereâs one customer in there. The employee was around 17/18 years old, mustache and dirty blonde hair. I could tell right away he was irritated by his body language and demeanor. I ask him what the healthiest smoothie is and he straight up says ânothingâ I then say that smoothie places like tropical smoothie have healthy smoothies and again he said that all their smoothies are unhealthy. I look over the menu and say their apples n ginger is probably healthy and he says âthatâs the closest youâll getâ I then pay, and it asks for a tip, I didnât tip obviously. The smoothie came out and he says âall setâ and I grab it and thank him and say have a nice day and he says nothing back.
The energy was absolutely terrible. If you are gonna have super negative energy and diss on the place youâre working at then why are you working there? On top of everything this smoothie tastes STRAIGHT like ginger. Pretty sure this dude put extra in there LOL. Will not be coming back to this...
Read moreI was visiting St. George from out of state and stopped by for a smoothie. My smoothie was good, but the service was excellent! As soon as I stepped foot inside, I was warmly greeted by who I thought was a movie star. The manager was so friendly and welcoming! He has a special energy about him that makes you feel like you just met your new best friend! He was helpful, friendly and kind. 10 out of 10...
