McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint George

If I could put zero stars, I would. This place was terrible, The Manager Levi George was very unprofessional, Rude and a Liar, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER, WE ordered thru the drive thru a $10 Bundle, paid for our order and they asked us to park to wait for our food. minutes later a crew member comes out only with 2 cheeseburgers, I said my order is not complete, we're missing some food, my Husband gets out and goes into the McDonald's and no one is at the counter but other customers also waiting for their food complaining while they were taking long, as my husband is waiting, He see the Manager Levi making food with No GLOVES ON but the other 2 workers were wearing gloves while making food, so my husband points out to the manager Levi "why don't you have gloves on touching people's food", he's making Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken nuggets all without gloves on. And he responds rudely, "I washed my hands", my husband's asked, is there a Manager i can speak to? Again he responds rudely and very unprofessional as a Manager, I am the manager, do you have any other complaints". however he's touching his pants and everything else, just simply unsanitary. My husband tells him, how are you a manager, your not wearing gloves nor are you following the food handlers policies and procedures , but your staff are wearing gloves!?!? Then he threatens to call the police on my husband for Trespassing, saying that my husband was cursing at him and threatening to beat him up, which was a total lie because all my husband said was "Shut your mouth, put some Gloves on and do your Job, you Stupid Idiot" That was the extent of cursing that Levi was talking about !! all the crew members Luis Martinez, Alejandra Alcala, and Carson Dekkar decided to lie with and for their Manager sticking up for him!! I have had nothing but absolutely awful experiences here. Their customer service is simply terrible, to say the least. I have a deadly allergy to pickles; naturally, every time I order a cheeseburger or anything native with pickles I clearly communicate this to the person taking the order and I tell them to "make it fresh". I can count on one hand how many times that specific request was actually satisfied, 3 fingers in-fact; 2 of which when given to me still* had pickles! 9 times out of 10 when I ask for no pickles, despite CLEARLY telling them I have a serious allergy, I unwrap to check only to find pickles.

Furthermore, if you go here anytime in the morning expect a wait time of up to 40 minutes (despite no other cars or orders ahead of you). This has happened to me on numerous occasions, more times than they have actually fulfilled my request to "make my order fresh". Having spoken with the on-duty manager they made the excuse "It's a shift overlap so we are getting everything changed." That is terrible business practice. Losing ~ 5 - 7 customers every time this happens, who simply drive off rather than wait and be late for where they are heading.. all because they cannot wrap their heads around how to properly rotate staff.

Every establishment has it's negatives, but this place in particular is so consistent with utterly terrible customer service it's actually...

I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I had a mad craving for some fresh french fries from MD's. I got there ordered one of the new snack wraps french fries and a drink, & before I left I tasted one of the fries to make sure it wasn't stale- and they were. So I politely asked the guy at the window if I can get some fresh fries & he looks at another guy (manager?) & kind of rolled his eyes and said... she wants fresh fries... (annoyed) The audacity of me right? I mean when you only order a couple of things you'd think it wouldn't be that hard to get it right. Anyway they made me pull over into a stall to wait for fresh fries. I was sitting there for a few minutes so I decided to take a bite of the snack wrap the tortilla was so hard that I had to just take the meat out and eat it on its own. Then the guy came out with the fries in a new bag and I picked one out and tasted it it was fresh so I leave & I'm going along my merry way eating the fries but after I ate a few off the top I realized it was the same old stale fries they had just given me, with a layer of fresh fries on the top! WTH! That's just Diabolical! And in this case I may be calling corporate because it is not OK, too purposely go out of your way to Mess around with peoples food like that. Do better Bluff MD's I'm sure you'll be getting a visit from your district...
