The name of this restaurant is the most ironic name ever. Blaze pizza that is supposed to be fast? Ha! Slowest. Ever.
I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering here. This is a very bad Blaze location. Here is what happened to me: I placed an order online for pickup. I arrived at the time I was told my order was ready to be picked up (30 minutes after placing my order), went inside and told them my name. I was told my order would be ready shortly. I looked around, there was only one other customer in the restaurant and they were dining in, already with their food. There were 8 workers that I counted, most of them standing around. I waited for ten minutes. I could see no pizzas were being worked on nor was there any attempt at hurrying up the pace. I asked them how long I should expect to wait and they told me to go wait in my car and they'd bring it out in a few minutes.
I waited 30 more minutes. No pizzas. I went back inside, they told me they were just finishing the order and would bring them shortly. 5 minutes later a worker comes out with the order. He walked away immediately after handing it to me, so I didn't even get the chance to tell him they were missing a pizza from my order.
So, I went inside (again), and told them I was missing a pizza from my order. They said I wasn't. I showed them my order confirmation on my phone and they realized they had forgotten to make a pizza. So, they said they would remake it. Well, three of them passed off the task of making the pizza to each other, two of them whispered loudly about me directly in front of me, then went to the back and disappeared. I asked a worker if they could make my missing pizza since I'd already been waiting around 45 minutes passed my order pick up time. Remember, there is nobody except one other couple in the restaurant. It was completely dead, there were 8 workers, and this was how slow and incompetent they were!
I stood there and watched as they made the pizza (took another 10 minutes), thanked them and left.
When I got to my destination and opened the pizzas (I should've checked at the restaurant I guess), I saw they had 4/7 pizzas INCORRECT. They had the wrong type of crust (gf and non-gf), wrong sauce, and toppings. The balsamic glaze was soaked through the box because it was more a balsamic bath than a glaze.
Overall, this was the most frustrating encounter with a pizza restaurant I've ever had. The workers did not exhibit any customer service, the food was subpar, and the wait time was completely ridiculous for being a totally empty restaurant that is overstaffed.

Read moreHere are the facts: I made an order through the app to pick up at 6:30PM. I arrived, waited until 6:50PM before I asked one of the associates whether my order had been received. I told him my name. He said, "It's in the oven." I waited until 7:30PM, and I asked one more time. This time they told me, and a young lady that was also waiting, that our online orders had not gone though. I left after 7:30PM with no pizza, in spite of my payment having been made in advance.
I wanted to call and settle this, but was only allowed to send a message through the website. The same website that failed to send my order....
To the manager in charge: Hire more employees. You are irresponsibly under-staffed.
To those running the app: This experience destroyed my faith in the app. How can I trust that if I make an order now that it will go through? You will lose customers like me until that is fixed, obviously.
To customer service: it shows that you are cutting corners by not providing a phone number for a person to call. Especially when your website and app have failed for them and they are forced to send any inquiries online.
To the staff: think about working for a place that does not cut corners and leaves you to take all the heat at the front-end. You have an irresponsible employer, it's not your fault.

We continued through out the line to finish our pizzas and the guy was so slow at making mine. We finally payed and the guy that’s returning back from lunch has food on his mouth still as he is clocking back in to work, to be honest I didn’t see if he washed his hands or anyone else really, he puts my pizza in the oven and he brings the tool to cook the pizza down and hits it on the floor and puts it on my pizza to move it closer to the heat! I was shocked, there’s this one guy seating on the counter where they fold boxes on his phone recording or taking pictures, the one cooking was on his phone as well they are all just on the phones not doing nothing instead of cleaning or who knows!! what the manager or supervisor needs to do is check the cameras!
