As others have stated, this location has become VERY stingy. I ordered a bowl with white rice and the sirloin, for which I am already charged extra for. The bowl was 99% white rice and 6 small bites of sirloin. I was told that is the "normal" portions... No.... I didn't buy a $10 bowl of white rice. Additionally, why did PE decide to change the Chow Mein to cheap ramen noodles....with cheap chicken bullion on it.... Yuck... I can't wait until this location loses enough business, due to poor business practices, that the owners are forced to sell.... Hopefully the new owners will understand how to run a restaurant....

A dreadful experience this time. We popped in for food. The selection was poor at 7:30 at night.. Ordered 2 bigger meals. The cashier charged me for four. When I questioned it, she realized the error and said I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to return. Ridiculous. No apology. No attempt to take responsibility. I was actually asked to step aside so they could deal with the next customer. All of the meats were dried out. The vegetables undercooked. But what really ticks me off is the lack of an apology.

From my youthful days, I have been an ardent admirer of Panda Express. The savory, caloric concoction of salt, sugar, and seed oil has ever been a source of delight. However, I must express my profound disappointment with my most recent visit, chiefly due to the diminished portion sizes. It is most uncharacteristic of Panda Express to exhibit parsimony. Should the fault lie with the matronly lady who dispensed my fare, or ought I direct my ire towards the machinations of corporate America?

Today I had the worst experience ever at this location. You shouldn't write a review when you're annoyed and I am very annoyed so take it for what it's worth. I ordered a pickup order which was ready at 5:00 p.m. and I showed up about 5:05 p.m. After waiting 5 minutes in line to get up to the counter I was told to go to the register to pick up my order. I went to the register together with another customer who was picking up food and we waited patiently for the young woman at the register to finish serving the customer she was with. She did finish up and completely ignored us. She wouldn't make eye contact she didn't ask us what she could do for us, she literally completely ignored us. She did reluctantly help other customers who were in line ordering food but never once acknowledged us. I stood there for about 20 minutes as the group of us waiting to pick up food grew and grew, still with no acknowledgment from Kaylee. By this time there were about 10 of us standing there waiting to pick up to go orders. We were standing literally within about 5 ft of this young woman. Finally I got her attention and asked if she was going to take care of us or not. She responded by telling me that I should have told her that I needed to pick up food (does anyone go to Panda Express to not get food). That would have been hard to do with out her ever acknowledging our presence. But after we let her know that we were there to pick up food she noticed that one of the kids there didn't have a mask so she yelled at him for a few minutes and then spend a minute or two walking around the kitchen trying to find him a mask even though she could have easily got his food and he would have been gone in about 10 seconds. After she dealt with the mask issue, she very very slowly started to get our food. My food was sitting there literally 5 ft from me the entire time and it still took another 5 minutes after I got her attention for her to get me my food. It was as if the entire staff was on some sort of Union slow down. Whole time many other employees sauntered by slowly without doing diddly squat. One guy mopped the floor in front of me for 2 or 3 minutes but never asked if he could help the 10 of us with anything. I would recommend that you not put yourself through the pain of patronizing this establishment and go somewhere that appreciates...

Let me start with the positive. The food was EXCELLENT!

Now to the negative. I placed an online order at 3:29. The app said pick-up at 3:45. To avoid overcrowding their building, out of respect for the workers, I didn't enter until 3:45 and went straight to the pick-up area. My order was not ready. I waited in the building, assuming my order would be prepared shortly, despite the lengthy line, because I'd ordered online before any of the people in the building had even entered the building. I was wrong. At 3:53 the manager called back for more fried rice (8 minutes AFTER my order should have been ready to go). At 3:58 I angrily and rudely (yes, I admit it -- I was out of line) approached her about why my order wasn't ready. At 3:59 she handed me my order and said, "Sorry, but we needed to wait for fried rice." Not wanting to call her out, publicly, I left. I called, though, to point out her lie. That was at 4:03. I had not said 3 words when she just hung up on me. I called back at 4:04 and she refused to speak to me (I heard the young man tell her, repeatedly, that I wanted to speak only to her). I instead spoke with "the other manager" who had magically appeared in the one minute since my prior call.

Since then, I've attempted to call 4 more times to apologize for my approach. I was not kind to her and it was, as I saw with my own eyes, a very busy afternoon. I'm sure she was doing the best she could and I made things worse, so I wanted to apologize for my approach and attitude. Instead, 1) no one answered, 2) someone answered and immediately put me on hold (I hung up after 5 minutes of not one word or attempt to speak to me), 3) no one answered, and 4) no one answered.

I wish things were different because the food is great. But a business that de-prioritizes online orders, that came first but don't involve someone standing there, is not run well. A business with a manager that lies to a customer, hangs up on a customer, and refuses to speak to a customer is not a well run business. I've never had a problem before, but I'm not sure I can ever go back if this is how I'm going...

At around 3pm (Wednesday)my husband bought me some beef and broccoli with some chow mein, it's normally my favorite and I've never had issues with it at all. However this time the whole batch of the beef and broccoli tasted as though chemicals were mixed into it. I have had some taste hallucinations before so at first I thought that was all it was so I ate the rest, but through the rest of the day and early into the morning (4am) I've been sick to my stomach and throwing up it's contents, with a massive pounding headache. We called the establishment and the employee over the phone told us it must be something other than their food because they take so many precautions against that. However, I wasn't feeling sick until I ate the food and I hadn't eaten anything else the entire day. We told them it might be best to throw out that batch so I really hope no one else got sick from it as well. It could have been a bad batch to be fair, but they can't claim it wasn't a fault of theirs in this kind of situation. It does happen even with so many precautions being taken. I don't like leaving bad reviews especially when i often really like the food at the establishment and I normally don't have any problems whatsoever. But because I got so sick from this and they told us over the phone that the fault wasn't theirs, I believe it should at least be brought up for future reference if this happens again. I've worked in fast food before and I understand what they go through on a daily basis, so I don't want this to trash their store at all. I just really hope this gets fixed really soon so I can eat there again. Positive side though, I loved the Crab Rangoons❤️ thank you for those(I'm sorry I don't...
