Arby's — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Well went to Arby's I would say about two days ago only car in the drive thru ordered two items plus a drink and the potato triangles or whatever ended up waiting at least 15 or so minutes being the only car in the drive thru definitely wouldn't call this fast food whatsoever I mean yeah the food is cheap but when I'm waiting 15 + minutes just to get food that's kind of disappointing the only reason I chose Arby's is because it was completely deserted at 8 in the morning don't really know why the wait was so long this is not the first time this has happened I completely quit going to the one on Leonard Road it's absolutely filthy the drive-thru time there is upwards of 20 minutes I was getting food on the way home one day from work stop there try to pick up food for me and my girlfriend it was I would say a promo that was like for sandwiches fries 2 drinks wasn't very many people at the Arby's I would say probably two cars in line ahead of me in a couple of people sitting and eating I waited I would say 20 to 23 minutes...

I enjoy a beef and cheddar for the onion bun, I usually order a classic beef & cheddar no cheddar add swiss. This is how i was told to order it by people who worked there and ive ordered it that way for the past 6 years since ive worked at Arbys when i was 16. This is usually my favorite Arbys in the area but the last two times in a row ive went my sandwich is completely wrong. I ask them if i can have b&c no cheddar add swiss. They say yes and even repeat it back as a sandwich with no cheddar and add swiss. Why is it both times I’ve opened my sandwich its just a regular beef and cheddar?? Now ive wasted $5 two times for some nasty cheddar sauce because i guess no one cares to do their job right. I just left the drive-through. I ordered two barbecue chicken wraps and the total was a lot more than I was expecting so I asked them to take off one. Come to find out they had done buffalo chicken wraps and when I said something out the window, the lady got upset and another lady who appeared to be a manager also got upset. They went to fix my order and then gave me a water that tasted like soda water and proceeded to tell me that it was not soda water and it clearly was And who appeared to be the manager rolled her eyes at me for giving back the water.
