It's really unimaginable to witness the demise of BK, all of them in town are not great and takes forever to get anything even when app order, but the middle Belt Hwy one takes the cake! I made a app order on Mother's Day for my kids went to pick up the first guy in drive thru told me they didn't have the 2 chocolate pies or the jalapeno bites I ordered ok that's like $10 no problem, I didn't want anything in exchange so I asked for a refund for those items, he said I had to request through the app. I was fine with that until the other guy came to the window to explain to me I just needed to cancel those items through the app all the while he is chewing food and bits and pieces are flying at me while he is talking to me literally the entire 2 minutes that seemed like a lifetime. I told him I just want to cancel the entire order (can you blame me?) He said I can just do it through the app. I drove off, now this is the 16th and at least once a day since the 11th I have tried to contact through the app, no response at all. Read moreAdd about 12:30 at night I waited 20 minutes or better to get my order at the drive-thru and then had to repeat my order three times which was a number 10 with a large fry and a large dr. Pepper. I also ordered an order of cini minis. I wanted the sandwich with only meat cheese and bacon which I reiterated three times. He didn't charge me for the cini minis and then gave me old cold fries and a plane chicken sandwich without bacon or cheese didn't give me my drink and of course no Cini minis. I asked for The cini minis and he gave me a box with 2 cold hard cinnamon buns with no icing.I told him I would pull around front so that he can make the order right and then I sat out there for another 10 minutes. I ended up having to call the store and when I answered he told me that he forgot about me. About 15 minutes later he came out with my doctor pepper and a box of four cini minis with no icing. and then asked if I wanted him to replace the chicken sandwich because I told him that he took my order wrong and by that point I had basically just had enough. Read moreOver the last few years this place can't seem to do too well. It has become standard for an item on my order to be wrong, missing or even both! I could understand a slip up if they were swamped, but when I'm the only one in the drive thru and they still mess up as badly as they do I have to wonder. Tonight was hilarious! Forgot my fries. Went in to ask for them. Man proceeds to scoop and box them, then places his bare hand all over them (the actual fries not the package) to shake them into the box!!! Get back out to my car and decided to check the rest. Sure enough one of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Back in I go. They remake make it. Same handsy person begins to bag it.
