I've been a fan and supporter of this place since it opened. It had been over a year since we visited due to dealing with cancer in the family. Sadly the place has really gone downhill and especially the cook! I paid $82 for a basically inedible lunch to day. Our first visit was dine in. Waitress was super nice and attentive. Place was busy so we waited a while for food. No biggie. Then the cook finished cooking the pies and they were pretty burnt. Then the guy dumps bleach everywhere. The smell was super strong and we had to ask for boxes to go. The waitress mentioned the smell because a lot of customers were making faces and the cook snapped at her. Most recently, I ordered take out. The first time I called a woman answered she was very nice and helpful answering my questions. My family was changing there minds so I let her know I would call back. I called back and a guy answered. He was very brusque but I put my order in for a salad, 3 pies, and a dessert pizza. I got to the store and the woman who was waiting on tables let me know she was having him remake a pie because "she messed it up when she cut it". When she said that the guy shot her a dirty look. You could just tell he didn't feel like he had to redo the pizza. The pizza she "cut wrong" is the picture where the middle is burnt to oblivion by the way! It's clear the cook burnt it. Well when he remade my pizza he barely put any apples or honey on it. It was incredibly bland and he burnt that one too! I watched him cook it and he sticks the pizza way in the back and left there. Then grabbed a piece of wood and used the same pie holder he used in my dessert pie to put another piece of wood in. Then he immediately grabbed the pie with the same holder that just held dirty wood! Gross! I don't even know why he added more wood. The oven was full of coals all they way to the top. I use to watch the pies be made and the wood was maybe 1/4th the height he had it. Then he holds the pie with the holder in one spot. No rotating or anything but he's holding it up off the bottom so the crust got really black. The he throws it in the box. I'm not happy with the pie but I can also tell if I ask him to make it again he'd argue and probably do a worse job. So I tip the waitress who brought me a drink while I waited and I thanked the cook politely. He just gave me a withering look and didn't say anything. I got home and all the pies were pretty well burnt. I included a picture of one of them too. None as bad as the one the waitress had him remake (hole in the middle) but all bad enough that people were tearing portions of the pie off and no one ate the crust if any piece. Waste of $82. It's really a shame. I remember literally ordering a balsamic vinegar and olive oil side to dip the crust in it was so good.

Let’s stop at this industrial looking building for food! “Ok, sounds awesome! I love traveling with you as you find the weirdest places to eat!” Not sure why I chose this as our go to in St.Joe but I imagine it’s because St.Joe is full of chain restaurants and I don’t like eating in them. Upon walking in I almost immediately regretted this decision. Empty and industrial looking. Ummm let’s still give it a try. Asked for four different wines and they were conveniently out of all and they were all listed on their menu. That alone made me squirm. I thought if they weren’t good enough to stock the wine they say they supply, how good could this food be? Chances are they are going to be out of the toppings for all the pizzas. WRONGO. They had all pizza ingredients in stock 😂 We moved outside to the patio because it felt less uncomfortable being on the industrial patio, PLUS it was like 50 in December so why not!? We ordered the Pane and it was SOOOO AMAZING. I was pleasantly surprised. At that point I wasn’t expecting much and I was beyond floored. We both ordered pizzas and I regretted my boring La Roccia pizza when I tried my boyfriend’s Quattro Formaggio pizza. The addition of ricotta made this pizza. Cheesy, zesty, and so filling. I will definitely come back. Maybe I’ll bring my own wine in a flask since I had to settle for their limited stock 😉

What an absolute delight! With tables fashioned from local reclaimed timber, a selection of local adult beverages, and the most delightful pizzas I have had in a decade, the ownership has created a place to enjoy the vision of a true culinarian with all your senses. No televisions and an open kitchen welcome diners to sit, talk, listen, and enjoy the creative approaches to pizza with a menu that separates your choices into "red" and "white" referring to the sauce. There's no a la carte section and I didn't even bother asking if I could build my own. I had a formaggio with fresh mozzarella, arugula, butter, parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon. If they'd add capers and a zest of lemon over the top, I would have died from seeing the face of God herself. It's a good thing it was just "almost perfect". Pies are one size, 12 inchesish, and there's only one dough. Hand pulled and the consistency of naan. Process were very reasonable generally in the 10-15 buck range, and adult beverages will add a little to that. You can split a pie, but you might eat the whole thing, or want leftovers. So plan on one per person.

Private parking, right next to the building, so no issue to find parking if you drive here.

Great service! our waiter was super friendly and took the extra time to talk to us about their beers and wines as well as about their best pizzas! we were very excited with the service.

the place is spacious and very hipster like, the vibe was very light and the place has amazing lighting super nice.

Beer and wine, they have nice wine selections for all tastes even my favorite moscato was there, they also have some local brews and nice serving sizes for the beer.

Salami and honey- amazed, not too spicy salami, not too sweet honey... the pizza dough was just perfect and the taste was very well balanced, this pizza was off the charts amazing.

Crepa- the bacon is the nice and fatty parts, fried to perfection, the basil leafs could be tasted throughout the entire pizza ben though they were not overwhelming in green the basil was present and made its statement.

I do wish they had at least one truffle pizza selection, but none the less their pizzas were impressive and I can safely say that I am in love with their flavors.

Nutella- this desert pizza was pretty good, I do have some suggestions the you come and get it though, ask for bananas and strawberries on it, also they do place a lot of fine sugar on top of it and for sure the amount of sugar in it is definitely not needed, so skip the sugar if you want. this

Special 10 dollars, any specialty pizza is 10 dollar, the special is posted right outside, I am not sure how often it changes but this special was worth it, cause this place is so goos they didn't even need a special.

Awesome service, I am still super impressed with their service so I needed to mention it again!

this place also has a venue in Kansas City by the market street so If you do not go to this one try the other location.

This is a must if you are a...

When we visited there was a sports player present and we took a photo of him from really far away. We did not attempt to approach him or alert anyone else that he was there and went on with enjoying our meal together for my dad's birthday. When the player got up to leave, I went outside to see if he was taking photos with anyone because I know players do that sometimes. An employee of the restaurant (I assume the manager) was standing outside and I said "is he doing pictures?" To which he replied "no pictures". I politely said "Got it, just had to ask!" And returned to my seat inside the restaurant. A few minutes later the same employee came over to my table and said (not very nicely) "we have a rule against taking photos of our guests here that we need you to adhere to". At this time the player was long gone so I'm not really sure why he needed to come to my table and embarrass me at that point, but I still apologized earnestly multiple times, told him I wasn't previously aware of the rule, and that it wouldn't happen again. When we left, we took a few photos outside of the building to commemorate the day because it was my dad's birthday and our first time visiting training camp. There was no one else in the photos but us. The manager came storming out of the door and said "do we have a problem here?? I see you're still taking pictures!!" We were shocked and felt so uncomfortable. Asking customers not to take photos of guests is understandable, but chastising us for taking pictures of ourselves outside on the street? Crazy! The food was decent here and the waitress was really nice but this experience put a really sour spin on an otherwise fun day and we definitely won't be returning. I recommend visiting somewhere that doesn't harass their regular guests in favor of more...
