Jet's Pizza Of St Joseph — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

I wasn't overly impressed with how well they placed the topping on the pizza, they weren't spread out very evenly and compared to the majority of the other Jets they went kinda light also. But that's not why I feel they deserve a not so great rating. I hate when people try and blowing smoke up my ass and that's just what it seems like they tried doing not unless they jus over charge for their pizza. I'll explain. After I placed my same order I always get which is always $11 and some change regardless where I'm at, the girl on the phone tells me she applied a $2.00 off coupon to my order as if to save me money and appear like I'm getting a better deal so I'm thinking it's going to be like $9 and the she says ok your total is $11.xx, and like I said that's what I always end up paying so regardless they either lie and make you think you're getting a deal when in fact you just paid the normal price or they charge more then all the other Jets pizza's do. Either way you want to look at it, there still screwing you and it just comes down to how you prefer it...but I guess because there's not that many Jets on this side of the state that no one is the wiser and they can get...

I wish I could review food quality and service separately because there is huge difference! The food is great and the best "fast food" pizza you can get in St. Joe. The service has to be one of the worst. They always forget ranch if you order it, but never forget to charge you the money for it. Most times when I order, I hear an audible sigh like I'm an inconvenience, but worst of all is the delivery service. While most times quick, I live in an apartment building, and 90% of the time they call me and say, "I'm here with your pizza. Waiting for you in the lobby." It just really bothers me because I pay extra to have it brought to me, not my building's lobby. When I order for pick up, I don't call from the parking lot and say, "I'm in your parking lot, you can bring my food now." Some drivers will go the extra step and bring it to my door, and I always tip better for those very few people. Long story short, you most likely will not be disappointed by the food, but the service will make you wish you went to Silver Beach Pizza. If only Silver...

Called to order on Sunday July 17th. A young lady answered and abruptly said " it will be at least an hour". I said ok not a problem we ordered large round pepperoni and salad. She then repeated it would still be an hour. This was 7:24 pm . We arrived with hungry children to pick up our order at 8:35 exactly. The guy said ok ill be right out. A young man dark hair came out and said "we had a issue with your order." I said ok, what. He said " well you see we have a lot of customers not pick up there order so we don't have your pizza". I'm like " what ?" He said bc they were close to closing. It said they were open till 9pm.

This was obsurd no customers were there, and they should have called me!! She could have told me they were closing early. Something but instead we had just got to town and now had starving kids, that were very upset. Seriously disappointed with our first visit...
