Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

It's not really good like it used to be! Seems like the amount of the toppings you put on the pizzas has gone down lately. (At our place anyway) 10 pieces of Canadian Bacon on a large pizza just doesn't seem right! 11 pieces of pepperoni? Come on! The dough didn't even come to the edges of the cardboard. Hair not up on employees and no hats. I asked the one making my pizza to put on gloves. No smiles! Needs cleaning! When a container is empty you'd think they'd replace it with a new clean one. Nope... Just added new food to old...

I want to give a shout out to the customer service at the Papa Murphy's restaurant in St. Joe!! I was frustrated because I had a problem with getting an advertised offer on an online order. I received a very nice letter from the owner (I think) who admitted they had a problem that day with online orders!! She sent me 2 coupons for free large pizzas to make it good!! I was impressed with their quick response and willingness to make it right!! BTW, the pizza was great too!! 😁 We will be back when visiting family...

Very Disappointed. This has always been one of my favorite take out places but the last two times I have went here have been horrible. Last night we ordered a salad and pizza through the app and when I got home, I found a salad made of rotten romaine and tons of toppings covering it. We tried calling to complain immediately and was hung up on as soon as we got an employee to pick up. The manager said that a refund wasn't going to happen because they would throw rotten salads away. I'm sorry but I know what...
