Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

I've never had an experience at a restaurant where the waitress just completely disappears. This happened at this Pizza Hut today. I took my fiance out for a nice dinner it took almost 25 to 30 minutes for the pizza to come out. by the time it came out it was cold and so are the wings that we ordered. The waitress forgot the side dressing we had asked for as well. after bringing us the pizza & the wings, we never saw her again! she just completely disappeared I didn't really realize it until after my fiance said "where's our waitress?I wish she would bring me back something to drink!" I took her glass to the bar, by that time we were already done eating I asked for a check and for a refill for my fiance. I asked what happened to the other waitress and she mumbled something that I really didn't quite understand. She hands me the check and I gave her my credit card, when I go back to the bar she informs me that the chick she gave me was not my check and that she needed $10 more. The entryway did not smell so good... the dining room smelled a little bit better but not much. Half of the TVs were flashing the DirecTV logo on them because they were obviously malfunctioning.. part of the signage is burned out on the side of the building. Come on Pizza Hut owner... you can do better than...

The manager on duty watched customers walk out the door, listened to the phone ring off the hook, and walked over a ranch dressing spill 5 times while I was sitting there waiting for my food. None tended to the bar to clean the disaster let alone take orders. I had to ask for silverware just to eat my salad. For a Friday night the store was understaffed, and grossly undertaken care of. Received my meal Chicken Milano times 2 and a Ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was cold the Chicken Milano was supposed to have chicken and broccoli in it and all I found eating it was Alfredo sauce , noodles and mushrooms. The serve came sat a ticket on my table and said I took 7.99 off your bill since you waited so long. Did not ask once about how the food was can I get you another drink nothing. I am sorry I would not recommend this place to no one. What kind of business are you running here. Rude service the manager just said to a customer I am sorry we are busy I do not have time to help you right now and a table of 6 walked out the door. I think the district manager and store manager for this place might want to step up their game and get thing fixed before you loose so many customers there is no...

We visited this Pizza Hut again, as I believe in second chances. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and requested our cinnamon sticks to come out later. She left the menus on the table. She brought out the breadsticks and pizza at the same time and had to go back to get plates. She never asked if we needed anything, never came back to our table. My bf was facing the front of the restaurant and she wouldn't look back our direction and wouldn't make eye contact. We were finished eating and still hadn't received the dessert. I walked up to the counter and she had her back to me texting. I said, Mam? No response. Mam? Yes? She didn't turn around. I asked where our cinnamon sticks were. She said, I can put them in now. I replied, we're ready to leave now, so just take them off our ticket. She replied, I didn't put them on it. I asked for boxes. It was obvious Sara didn't want to be there. I posted a review a few months ago that was much worse of an experience. Management responded with an email address saying they would like to visit about this further. I responded. They never did.
