My online order could not be refunded or even given as a gift card because there was no one at “level 4” in the building to do that, and a manager was not answering...

This Subway location has decided to keep their parking lot lights off for some time now. It appears that even in bad weather they don't care about their customers safety since it was sleeting yesterday and the lights remained off. The lack of lights in their lot and the lack of street lights was a contributing factor to the death of our son which occurred in their driveway. My order had only one sandwich (my sandwich) and I didn’t get the pickles I asked for on it for one.
