First time to this location. Seemed time, when came in. Decor seemed fresh. Lots of room for seating. This location doesn't give drink glasses at the cashier, they are just at drink location. Seated ourselves, started with our plates, not much to choice from on pizza area. Waited nothing brought was cheese, and pepperoni pizza. Didn't have to special order one. (I thought). Fried chicken looked really good & tasted great.(Was cooked in fresh oil), truly appreciate that. There was a young lady clearing the tables. She walked past a chicken bone on the carpet by the coffee & napkin area. (like 5-6 times). When I was walking up to buffet area, I walked to her advised she might want to grab it, so folks don't continue to get grease everywhere. ▪︎Watched from our table for 15 minutes No desert pizza. I went to front desk, to wait for employee to ask for some, I stood up there for another 10 minutes. I even went and pushed the door with my cane to see if it would trigger someone to come out to the counter, but nothing. Mind you I am handicap, and it is painful to stand so long. But I did it, finally a employee came out, he states just one, I stated I already paid, he then recognized me, I asked about chocolate chip cookie 🍪 from the desert bar, had been waiting for desert pizza & it. He stated was Out of choc cookie. I advised they should have posted a sign, for customers. ▪︎ While there another customer came up, to pay. She asked about the reward card for pizza ranch. He handed her one, told her she had to go on-line to register, he did swip it for her already $ 50.00 meal for 3 people. Employee just handed it to her. Customer then headed to seating area, I advised her to call, to add this purschase to her rewards card. It was sad to see such poor customer service. ▪︎Also this location does not keep napkins at each table. This is strange, as pizza & fried chicken are greasy. ▪︎This not a cheap meal for a family. Beware this location, is not 5...
Read moreOk so I brought my small family here for an intimate little birthday lunch.. and the food was great. And so was the show. Someone who was there before us had lost an iphone. The staff did the respectable thing and asked around if anyone had seen it or picked it up. A large group of folks that were likely seated where the person was before when they lost their phone.. and so the staff asked very nicely once again, if they were sure.. and from my own experience, when you're politely being asked a question like this.. if you're innocent, you'd say no. (Me personally, I'd definitely look around the area, and even rationally... Check my kids because kids can be sneaky... And I'd make sure there was zero electronics devices in my groups possession before getting unruly and causing a loud and incredibly disrespectful, very erratic display in front of my children.) Ultimately causing their requested removal from the premises, which was the appropriate response to their disruptive attitudes when it was just someone was looking for a very expensive piece of equipment that they had a tracker on, which is how they knew it was there... Which leads me to believe that they were so offended because they did indeed have the device. When you're lying, you get ultra defensive at the audacity of anyone even questioning your moral compass.. if you're innocent, you'd respond more respectfully and calm. Because that woman wasn't accusing, she was asking again, doing her due diligence to help recover lost (probably stolen) property. The moral here.. the staff at pizza ranch responded professionally. My kids aren't just automatically absolved from the possibility that maybe they picked it up and had a wild hair and thought they could get away with it. I'd have at least looked into it before assuming, or taking it as the staff as accusing us.. Just saying. Good job blonde lady at Pizza Ranch. Well done. They were rowdy and unruly given the...
Read moreWe use to enjoy coming here. I like the chicken and the rest of the family like the pizza. Prices have gone up over and over I'm sure to combat the waste. So many people waste so much. We eat what we take, minus the bones. Last night when we saw the buffet crowded with people we should have left. No one said anything about being behind. We paid and the 20 before us emptied what was on the bar. I stood at the buffet for chicken for more than 30 minutes and there were others. I listened and no one was warned about being behind. Another group of approximately 20 was directed to the back room. No silverware, no glasses, no food, but yet the salad bar was repeatedly filled and pizzas brought out. I didn't pay for pizza. I asked the gal at the counter about chicken and she replied, it just came out of the fryer. Guy comes and dumps it looking to see that everything else was empty. Gravy spilled on the counter. I should have taken a picture. I took one piece of chicken while others took 4 or more just to be pigs. No one shares. I came back 10 minutes later to find the guy bringing out 8 biscuits. Potatoes were filled and more chicken. How did it get that low? An hour later after we arrived I finally heard the girl say, we are behind and trying to catch up. Warnings like this don't drive away customers, but paying and getting little for your money does. I've got a ranch card, but I think I won't be using it again. This is possibly the worst I have seen it. Last 3 times have all been below...
