We were driving through this area and stopped at this Taco Bell last Sunday around 9 p.m. We ordered a 12 pack party pack, three drinks, and a chicken quesadilla. The transaction went smooth until we checked our order. We didn't want to hold up the line so we pulled aside to check our order. We ended up missing two soft shells tacos and two hard shell tacos. We only received 8 of the 12 party pack items.
When we pulled around again to receive the rest of our order, they asked us to pull up to the window. At the window a woman told us the employee (Austin) that handed us our food order counted our food as he packed it and was certain he gave us our whole order. I asked the woman to check the back for our remaining order. She said there was extra food but Austin had counted our food...
Where is the checks and balances? I could understand believing the employee if there is no extra food waiting to be delivered but if a customer tells you they are missing two tacos and you have to extra tacos waiting to be delivered GIVE THE CUSTOMER THEIR REMAINING ORDER THEY PAID FOR. Does this not make sense?
The woman apologized and said we would need to call back in the morning but I like accountability which is why I am holding this location accountable online. I do not want anything back from this mistake. If I ever ordered from this place again I would not accept my food from Austin knowing this Taco Bell's standard...
Read moreLet’s start with the fact that I worked so hard today in as I went into the restaurant I go to the front counter to try to place an order and noticed it was a blond headed white guy in front of me who was a new hire prior to him waiting for the manager to come up they still have me waiting 7 to 8 minutes max maybe nine minutes just to place an order I still didn’t get no service they all looked at me and I am black as well I’m not a racist but the fact that they all looked at me and did not try to service me it would blue mean not only that but he took the new hire and took him to the bad guy him register in the computer the same computer that they use to place orders when coming inside to sit. I’m not sure why however It Bother me so bad that I didn’t wanna even eat there. So I kindly left I would never ever go there. My husband and I ordered food just 20-30 mins ago. I ordered the new crispy chicken burrito, and the chicken looked like it sat all day and decided to be wrapped in my burrito. It was dry and old. I had more veggies than anything. My husband asked both ladies at the window to not give us stale chalupas and sure enough they did. Idk why we keep coming here, but this is ridiculous. They need better workers that don't lie to customers and have more compassion for the work they do, even if it's fast food. Customer service is key!
