I've always had a good experience with the guy there until the old douchebag that I'm assuming owns the business had to open his mouth today. You can tell the other younger guy that works there can't stand him as well. He's the one that should be running the place. I bought a phone there and have had s lot of trouble with it and he was treating me like I was stupid and was lying because it wasn't happening right at the time he was looking at it. He doesn't know how to talk to people and I'm surprised he is still in business the way he thinks it's OK to talk to people. He refused a refund or exchange and I would never recommend buying a phone from this place if this is how he treats people. I feel sorry for the dark headed younger guy that has to work with this moron! Terrible experience!...

I had back glass and a back screen replaced. Now that back glass is peeling off and the battery is having issues as well as a black dot in my screen somehow. I had this done maybe sometime early this year and it is now may having these issues. Judging by the other reviews on here and their replies, I will most likely get blasted or called a liar or something. I didn’t have any issues with him but it is a dead giveaway on how he treats...

When a big box store couldn't help with my cracked screen on my S22 Ultra I went to Pro Cellular. Eric was knowledgeable, kind, and put my mind at ease. My phone is a few months old & I just wanted fixed. He got the screen ordered from Samsung & within 2 business days he had me back to normal. I hope to never need their services again but, I highly recommend them....
