Order a door dash tried to order extra needs in my drink -& no option to add them every time I go through the drive through they hook me up with extra needs without even asking for additional money. Not even would they let me add some to pay for they wouldn't even hook it up a measly little bit extra to a loyal customer definitely will not be ordering from them again. I used the be a loyal customer every day route 44 ocean water with extra extra nerds and they completely lost my business and the manager acted like she just could not live without charging me the what extra 3$ for a bunch of need which I normally get free regardless but can't even give me ANY extra? And she a manager? What happened to customer always right or at least being for the customer and not always about the business? She acts like it's comujg out of her check to hook up 1 door dash customer with a few extra candies. Absolutely ridiculous and that females manager needs a demotion...
Sorry but not a good experience and we have been getting no marinara in outler order the past 6 orders and it has clearly been on every receipt because it has included motz sticks..... How the hell do you not give marinara for motz sticks no matter what? Terrible terrible terible and I'm mad because this is my locally one and I'll never eat there again. Read moreI had some onion rings that didnt taste right, so i gave the store a call and was given to the store owner Nicky. She was very apologetic and not only took the proper action of getting rid of the batch just in case, but also gave me a refund to be picked up later. When i came back a few days later, she remembered me, apologized again and gave me my refund herself. I still had my craving for onion rings so i ordered them again with a burger and my favorite slushy and they were great. Thank you Nicky and your team for turning my sad late night snack into a wonderful afternoon lunch! You really made my day with your kindness and caring!

I have literally went twice in the last year and both times I have went to the drive thru and sat for 10 min only to give up because no one answers the intercoms. I pulled around to a stall and pushed the button and got the same response. I order 3 drinks online that's it. Checked in with my booth number and still sat for 20 MINUTES! No apologies were given. The strawberry limeade that I paid extra for extra strawberries tasted nothing like strawberries. When I was leaving the car hop looked right at me driving and then stepped out in front of my car!
