The person at window either doesn't know order or the food they hand me is missing items or someone else's.

Today the food item I ordered was the value item for $3 = Sirloin Steak and Potato however its a SPICY item, on the menu its NOT listed as Spicy, which I was not expecting nor in the mood for. I purposefully got this item a second time as I was told the $2 value item was listed as Spicy on Menu and the $3 value item is NOT Spicy but after speaking to the person at window the people in back make both items the same.

I was cheated am extra $1 twice and the menu isn't being changed to tell people this either.

This is normally a go-to spot, especially for late night bites. But, this visit was horrible! We ordered a six-pack and a pound. The first meal was soft tacos 🌮 with extra meat and add sour cream. Then, I had a second one. Six pack and a pound with hard shells, extra meat, extra shredded cheese, and add sour cream. There is no seasoning on the second order of potato oles! And then two large drinks. This came up to $58.25 (estimate). I called in enough time, and they sent me a "Postcard" with the two meals on it. But, none of the extras! I paid almost $20 in extras!!! My family and I ate here for the first and last time on 6-20-17 @4pm. The restaraunt was clean and the cashier was friendly, but the $35 worth of food we bought was horrendous. Our street taco tortillas were not warmed and felt as they were pulled straight from the fridge and used. The beef and steak was room temp and the chicken was as cold as the tortillas. We politely asked that it be remade and were given slightly warmed tortillas with hardly any meat in them and a very long black hair placed into my husband's taco. The oles were far from fresh and the nacho cheese was only slightly warm as well. I would never recommend this location nor will we ever return.
