Went here today, and the food was okay. The problem was with customer service. Here's what went wrong (in no particular order)
Guy in front of me ordered a strawberry shake, when he got it he complained because there was chocolate drizzle all over the inside of the cup, workers were hesitant to replace it even though there was no chocolate listed in the ingredients. We ordered for 3, 2 of us got iced caramel mochas and were given regular chocolate instead Our third person asked what was on the artisan grilled chicken sandwich and was told "lettuce tomato chicken" when he asked if there was a sauce she responded with "yeah but I didnt tell you because I cant pronounce it." Amd wouldn't even try or get someone else who could. We had to Google the menus to figure out what sauce (herb vinaigrette) and whether or not we wanted to order it. After we finished placing our order it took the cashier a solid 2 minutes of staring at the screen before she repeated the order back to us to make sure it was correct before we paid, and had someone come look at the screen before we could put in the card. When getting the second person, who looked like a manager, she walked over to him and said "hey you I dont remember your name" which I feel like was disrespectful to her coworker One of us got an ice cream cone and we didnt receive it, when she went back to the counter to get it the same person who rang us up had to find a manager to make the ice cream cone.
A lot of this might seem trivial, and I get that if it was her first day she might not have known what to do, but she acted like she didnt care about the job or what she was doing, and just wanted us to go away.
I like McDonalds but I probably wont ever go back to this location, I'll stick to...
Read moreI just got my order done with. I'm very upsetting with my experience today. The Hispanic manager or team lead for evening shift was being very rude. He rushed me while I was ordering in the drive thru while there was no other cars and he kept asking me, "Are you done?" multiple times. I felt rushed and I didn't get enough time to even look at the menu. After receiving my food, I checked the bag and found that I was missing 20 nuggets. They messed up my order and I had to come back which only took a minute to drive back. They gave me a rude attitude and told me that they left 10 nuggets in the bottom of the bag. Then they proceed to claim that they already gave me 10 and that the other 10 was left on the counter. I had to give them my McDonald bag to show proof that I didn't receive any. As a manager I would expect a higher value of customer service and I don't understand how I was being rush when nobody was ahead of me nor behind me. Yet they still messed up my order which is very frustrating. The workers here also seem to not care about their job and gives the most dead responses. This McDonalds lacks leadership, care for their customers, sanitation and a being professional. We're in the middle of a pandemic and why would I lie that I didn't get my order? You don't have to touch and go through my food just because you messed up on you're end. No sense of respect for my health or well being. If I could give this place a negative 1,000 I would. Read moreI use to come to this location a few times a week when I worked in the area and I usually had pretty decent service. Unfortunately returning visit today was terrible. Had a deal to get a breakfast sandwich for free with purchase of a mc cafe. The coupon was scanned but didnt take it off. We asked for the money back just for the item which was supposed to be free. They then refunded the drink. We noticed that a fry was also missing and didnt realise the drink was refunded till we sat down. Had to go back up again to get correct refund and then still not listening to us they gave us another fry which we did not ask for nor want. Giving free food doesnt make up for not listening to the customer. We didnt ask for anything extra, food or money only what the coupon said we could have off. Why should we have to deal with such attitude for a situation that could have been easily resolved. And here's a picture of one of the burgers...
