Today we ordered a large fry, lemonade and jalapeño poppers from the drive thru. As we ordered, we saw a sign that if we donated $1 we could get a small fry with cheese, so we asked to change to that instead of the large fry. He said “okay pull around to the next window” and did not verbally confirm the order, which would have prevented the problem we had. They said food would take awhile so we drove up front and they brought it to us. They charged us for a medium fry and a $1 small fry. I went in to get an adjustment and the first thing the associate told me was “that’s not possible, I read your order back to you, you better pay more attention next time.” Ummm what?? If he read the order back, the two of us in the car certainly would have corrected him….not to mention, we initially ordered a large fry not a medium before we asked to switch. He made multiple mistakes but turned it on me and offered no apology and never considered that he played a role in the mistake. Michael must have been having a bad day, but he didn’t have to be a prick about it. He also requested the fries back which I happily gave back, but the way he went about it seemed more like he was reinforcing that this was my mistake. Read moreI usually enjoy going to this Arby's but the young girl working drive thru this morning with the bun braids was rather rude and unprofessional! I ordered the classic roast beef meal & added shredded lettuce, red onion and swiss... Well when she handed me my drink it was over flowed on top of lid which spilled on me and in my car... When I asked for some napkins to clean it up she gave me 1... Politely asked her for a few more... Then when handed my meal, I checked sandwich and it had no swiss. I waved & honked my horn to get her attention and she was clearly trying to ignore me so I honked a few more times to let her know the sandwich didn't have swiss... Before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me saying "yeah I know I forgot the Swiss but you don't have to give me attitude cuz it feels like you're giving me one" I then politely told her that I didn't have a attitude and if I did she would know! So she then slams drive thru window and had them make another sandwich. I pulled out of the drive thru to go inside to get my money back and she had me waiting while taking orders... Soo rude and it was early and not busy....to just get it right...
Read moreI was a little scared because I have eaten at Arby's quite a bit, and I have never been served a sandwich that the beef was not brown colored and well done. My roast beef sandwich here was pink and left my bun reddish colored. While I enjoy my steaks rare, I guess I feel more comfortable with well done meat in a fast food joint. I grew more and more uncomfortable as I ate more of the sandwich and ended up throwing away the last 1/4. Other than that the fries and shake were good.
It was also a little uncomfortable watching one of the employees openly inspect and purchase an illegal substance in the parking lot right in front of the building.
Locals are probably used to it, but if you are from outside of the immediate area, I wouldn't go out of your way to get to this location.
If it tells you anything - you have to get a key to use...
