Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Came in to try Jersey Mike's as I love the brand. Terrible service and staff was condescending. I had to remind the lady making my food to change her gloves. Barely got to put condiments on our subs before the decision was made by the staff what belongs on the sub. I was told the moment I ordered no onions as the staff was not willing to cut any. I will take my service to another JM before I frequent this location. Sorry customer service is more important, especially when you literally JUST opened. May I add customers notice when you use stale condiments such as bacon, tomato. Lettuce and the no ONIONS because staff was irritated and refused to cut them due to laziness. Chicken bacon ranch is not the same with cut onions such as a Philly would be. Train your staff and learn how important customer service is in a brand new business. Today was my first time in Jersey Mike's I let them know it was my first time. I ordered a Giant Original Italian, they ask me something about the tops, I think they said Jersey topping, they told me what that meant, it all sounded good, but I said only oil when they got to the Wine vinegar and oil, I said oil only.

After all the topping, the maker grabbed the red wine , and Drench the sub with the wine vinegar, than the oil, I didn't want to say anything as they had made the whole sub already, and I didn't want to be that rude customer.

I got home and the sub looked amazing, I took one bite and Spit it out..

The server were very friendly, the restaurant look very clean and nice.

But I will not go back to Jersey Mike's, maybe if it didn't have that red wine vinegar, my experience would have been different, and the total was around $19, so even more of a disappointment for my...

Had to edit my previous review to give another shout out because I had another amazing experience! Caitlyn(not sure if spelling, but she’s a manager) and Jay gave me the best sandwich and customer service tonight so I had to come back to my review to add how great this location and my service from those selected workers was tonight.
