Image Studios — Local services in Saint Paul

Writing this review is bittersweet for me. Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful. So I know once the word gets out about this awesome space thats available for rent, at a really solid price, then everyone with a camera will come here and I'll be forced to wait in line. I know I'm being selfish, but I have to be honest, this place is a photographers dream. The equipment is state of the art, the space is beautiful and Arnold, the studio owner, is so utterly talented, down to earth and helpful, you'll find yourself thinking; "There must be a catch". I realize that I'm really gushing over this place, but I can assure you, I didn't know this place existed, and I certainly didn't know Arnold, until a couple of months ago.

It's not enough to say that Arnold knows his stuff. He's quite possibly one of, if not the most talented photographer I've ever worked with. But here's the kicker; while there's a lot of really talented photographers out there, few are as willing to share their knowledge as readily as he does. Arnold is calm, focused, super knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make your sessions move quickly and effeciently. I've been doing photography for longer than I care to mention and I know my craft well. But I have to say that I've learned more in the last two months shooting with Arnold than I've learned in the last 2 years shooting on my own, as well as with other professional photographers. All things said, there was a visible improvement in my work after shooting with Arnold, and that was only after the first session! I'm not one to give out a lot of compliments; however, when someone gives you impeccable service, is accommodating and shares invaluable knowledge, and does it at this price point, then they deserve all the credit I can give. If you're a professional photographer that needs a studio space that will allow you to put out high quality work, and maybe learn a thing or two in the process, then coming here is the absolute best thing you can do...

UNRELIABLE/DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE - If I could give less than a star I would. I booked this studio 2 months in advance for a photo shoot with 20 women. Less than 24 hours from the scheduled event I get a calendar notification that this was cancelled. Confused I called and was told by a person someone would return my call. They never did. I emailed, texted, called again as the event was less than 20 hours away. When I send what I think is my final message as I’ve seemingly been ghosted, he responds defensively as if I did something wrong.

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would. I'd have to say the most professional digital photography studio in Minnesota. The main man running the show Mr.Arnold Rossa made it very comfortable for me to explain my concept he is a good listener and then incredibly he put exactly what I wanted into print and gave me a digital copy for a fraction of the cost that other studios charged me. To say I'm happy with the services provided is an understatement not only have I found the man to go to for all my professional photography needs but I've made a new friend.
