I came into your store on June 6th around 7 pm. A male Hispanic employee with long hair rang me up. I had a valid coupon, but your system didn’t apply it. I pointed it out right away. When I got my receipt and saw I was charged full price, I showed him again. I even pulled up my bank transaction to prove it. All he kept doing was telling me to check my phone, over and over, like I hadn’t already shown him. He didn’t care about fixing the issue at all. It honestly felt like he wanted to brush me off and didn’t take me seriously. I couldn’t help but notice how friendly and helpful he was to the white customers, while I got treated like I was a problem. I’m Black, and it was hard not to feel like that was part of why I was being treated this way.
In the end, it took three employees just standing around trying to figure out how to refund me. Nobody had a clue. After wasting my time, they finally had to call a GM just to process a basic refund. How does a store with five to seven employees not know how to handle a simple refund? That’s ridiculous. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a teenager. I ordered the imperial plate and received good rice which was scraped from the bottom of the dish as of it had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour untouched after the lunch rush, mixed vegetables which were mainly carrots but they tasted too fine as well so not done enough at the same time, with the green beans which you could tell by the taste that they had been sitting out. After a couple bites of rice I decided to ask for different rice because they had bought it a fresh batch. The guy was nice about it and so was I but it’s just like really. I have noticed that the food is getting worse with snake potting and prices are soaring. I literally remember the days when Leeann chin would pack your plate full for whatever you ordered and Cody you sing 12 total including a drink. It’s too bad. Oyster wings just looked dry and they were all drummies and I’m a flats girlie. The girl that rung me up was unhappy with her job she grabbed the plate topped it said “anything else?” I replied no. Read moreI can say this is the most unprofessional place I've ever ordered from. I typically order from the Roseville restaurant but they have now permanently closed. This one on Ford Parkway I. St paul is horrible. I ordered 3 of the dynasty entrees and not one of them was correct. There was only one that had one pick of the chicken out of the two it should have had. The chicken was so chewy but extremely dry and was missing the fried rice. The other two had the same issue with the chicken but did get a scoop of fried rice under the chicken. The egg rolls and cream cheese puffs were fine but still a waste of $102.00 dollars. I called the restaurant and they offered to fix it but it could not be delivered. I called DoorDash and they couldn't have a second delivery and put me on pending for a possible parcel refund, why a pending decision is beyond me.
