Five Guys — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Came in just as they opened I was not the first customer I ordered two meals each meals was a burger and fries and the girl that checked me out only charge me for one fry and when I questioned her she told me well that size five needs so many people and I said okay but these are two meals that's why there's two pops two burgers and there should be two fries I was unsure as to why she was questioning me on getting a second french fry which made me extremely late for dropping off one of the meals that I was buying and why I needed two french fries after I explained to her that I needed two fries cuz they were two separate meals that's why there was two pops and two burgers at the register she questioned me about getting the size fries I was getting which only took longer so instead of being on time I was late I will not be coming back customer service not good because instead of just giving the customer what I asked for she debated with me I'm certified in customer service that was not good...

First time to a 5 Guys and probably my last. Ordered online, went to pick it up at the time the app said to but it wasn't ready and they were slammed busy, kinda felt bad for them. The guy said okay 8 more minutes but 45 minutes go by and I ask again, they say they have no ticket for me. I said okay I'm done, it's cool I get it, stuff happens can you give me a refund? They said they couldn't because I did it online and nobody seemed concerned at all about it even though they just stole $50 from me essentially. I had to go through a 60 day process with PayPal to get my money back. The location did reach out to me and told me they would look into the situation but they never did as far as I know. I was yelled at by another customer for politely asking if he knew what was happening and I literally left in tears. Absolutely awful. Aside from that, I don't get how the food is so expensive and the service is so bad. There's no way it's worth that. SMH. I hope they close and it turns into...

My partner and I were out and about running errands when we realized we hadn't eaten yet. My partner kept mentioning how much he was craving a solid burger. In googling what was nearby, Five Guys came up. Thankfully, it was a wee bit before 1100, their open time, so decided to give them a try.

My partner chose a double patty bacon cheeseburger with the works on it. I went w the same, only some select toppings - I was still having to cut up my food due to having had a dental procedure that was still healing. We both enjoyed the burgers!! He loved the fresh flavor and the fact he had juices running down his hands. Not sure what kind of seasoning is used, but the patties had a fantastic flavor!! We split an order of fries - more great flavor - and each had a milkshake which were a tasty compliment to the meal. (They also have a bacon milkshake I want to try sometime!!)
