I had the worse experience here. They gave me the wrong food almost every time. They said they would comp my meal and when I went back to get it they said I was lying and trying to get free food and called me names. I stayed away from there for an entire year! Didn't have any McDonald's again.
I just went back there and they gave me the wrong food again. I call and a nice girl that was NOT the manager named aquanet said I could come back an that she will write my name down. I explained that they don't do that an what I went thru in the past, she guaranteed me a easy and great experience this time. The VERY NEXT DAY I send my husband there. They called him names, swore, said he is homeless an everything we went thru before, except the MANAGER was the one acting like a juvenile delinquent. She told him to follow her outside and than had another employee weight a hundred pounds more than my husband to beat him up. And two customers also got involved. Thinking oh this guy is lying. I called the store and had told them, I had the recording on my phone and the girls name and they said they didn't care, hung up and refused to give me the number to call corporate.
Upon calling customer complaint for being threatened lied to embarrassed and wronged, the district manager or owner of the store called back and literally called me a liar and my husband a liar, he said something was literally WRONG with me because I couldn't remember the exact time I left the store or made the call. He than said we were lying because we called the sandwich a burger when telling him the story, he says your lying that's a breakfast sandwich, not a burger. Like wow. . . I literally began crying on the phone. . He proceeds to say that he seen the recording, but that there was zero audio. But, that he believed his manager etc
My husband told him they began to call him the b word and a bum and droopdro f bombs etc and that after so long he finally got on their level. As he is telling him this, he goes well yeah you shouldn't do this or this or that. Oh that's your fault oh that's what you get etc . . We were completely mortified. HOW can we be going thru this AGAIN???? HOW is it okay to curse at accuse and threaten a customer??? And than he called his employees black and my husband white. . Did not even use his or their names. I recorded this entire conversation and am more than happy to e mail it to everyone and anyone. I literally suggest NOBODY goes here. . It is not only appropriate or safe, but the owner and corporate worker will ONLY SEND a coupon and NOT handle any of it and choose sides and be bias before even contacting you back. Please...
Read moreUpon arriving they could not understand our order multiple times that it was repeated, not sure if they were joking or serious? When I arriving at the second window we were not greeted and the tm had their back to us and the open window. Two were talking and never made any reaction to the wait which was for a side salad and ice cream come. After about two minutes at the window my boyfriend in the drivers seat asked "what's taking so long?" Your team member responded with "we're making it, and your drinks." She never looked back when speaking and clearly didn't even care to know what our order was, since we didn't order any drinks? Seconds later she begins talking with the team member standing beside her, with " how they gonna catch an attitude with me cause they're waiting?!" I believe as her team member began shutting the window on us. We waited and finally as the food was done my boyfriend grabbed the bag out if her hand, after she stated " try snatching this!" And held out the cone. He attempted to grab the cone but it fell to the ground. She laughed and closed the window. A moment later the other team member opened the window and asked if we needed anything. In shock I responded yes my money back and attempted to hand back the side salad. She turned around to get your manager. The manager asked what had happened and I said something like she is horrible I just want my money back and the GM of the location. The manager was efficient in providing the information and I left. Instantly I realized I never received my refund and went back into the location. I approached the counter and stated I never received the refund. The team member asked for my receipt. I stated my information was written down and I wanted to keep it. She said " I need it for your refund." So I handed her the receipt and she said " I wasn't the one who did that to you, you don't have to have an attitude with me." As she walked away. Moments later she returned and said I can leave or they would call the police. So I said I have no problem waiting. I waited and was never once again seen by management. I explained the officers to watch the video once they arrived after they had stated I had thrown an ice cream at them. 10 minutes later some one returned to refund my $4.27. I was sickened by what had happened here for so many reasons. I will be filing a complaint along with sharing on multiple social medias. I also will be contacting the police department for the report for the false accusation of assault, This was unacceptable and I don't believe I will ever return to...
Read moreJust went their today poor customer service poor management and poor work ethics. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I went there. I ordered two happy meals for my kids, a frappe, a McFlurry, a large fry. And a 10 piece nuggets with sauce. They failed to give me my order as I approached. All they gave me was my large fry and 10 piece nuggets with no sauce. Than told me to have a nice day. As soon I mention that I had ordered more than these two item. They had already made me upset, as I was in a rush. They also asked for my receipt that I received early and as I gave it to them. They never gave it back to me. They soon gave me 1 of the happy meal I order without fries in their. As soon as one of heir supervisor came. They claimed I only was charged one happy meal. Clearly my ticket and receipt. I clearly stated I order two happy meals a a frappe and a mcflurry. As soon as they fixed my order and told me to wait I still didn’t received all my items I order. This has not been the first time or few times this has happen to me at those location. High number of workers, low number of customers, and poor service and management. I will no longer be dining or ordering from this location I would rather drive 10 to 20 minutes to another location. If it meant getting my orders correct and giving me better services. I worked in fast food before and at slow time like this I would go through each and every order before sending it out or giving to the customers.
