I started coming here because it is on of the few places open late. Nice people here but after a while the service started declining. It's not unusual for them to be out of items. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but I like to order with the app so it's disappointing when you get to the restaurant and find out you can't get the item you ordered. I got a Pepsi that was completely full of ice so there was hardly any pop in there. Another time the Pepsi was warm and there wasn't any ice at all. There have been several times I have had items missing or made incorrectly. I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but after three times I'm going to call and get the order fixed. I called once after not receiving an item. The guy I talked to was cool and said to stop in later that weekend and they would make things right. I stopped in the next day and told the guy (a different guy I'm sure) about my previous order and the phone call. He just said he was sorry and did nothing else. I asked if he could check and see if my name was on the list and he still did nothing. Tonight I placed my regular order. Several of the people here know me by name because I've been coming here for a while now. You would think they would check to make sure the order is correct. Well, they forgot another item. And they gave me an item I didn't order, and don't really like. I called to talk to them about it and nobody answered the phone. I tried calling them three times and still nobody answered. I'm a real patient person and more than willing to give another chance, but I can only give so many chances. Tonight was their last chance. Read moreThis is a delivery/pick up only location. Like the concept...but they are THIEVES!! EVERY time I have ordered, I get home, and NOTHING is as I ordered or PAID FOR!! Add Sour cream...nope. $1.50. Extra onions...nope. $.50. No sour cream/add guacamole ranch...$1.50. Nope. I received the most skinny, laughable chalupa last night. I added beans, guacamole ranch...etc. this thing was ZERO and was about one-third the size it should be. THEN...simple...bean burrito, extra onion, add Sour cream. I PAID $1.50 for Sour cream and extra onion. Guess what??? NOTHING!! Just beans and barely any cheese, no onion, no sour cream! These people think that since it's a take-out only restaurant...we will not complain. Well...F- you...this location has NEVER gotten my order right and they count on the fact that I'm not coming back!! I can't imagine how much money they make by up-charging and NOT delivering the food ordered by customers. They get away with it due to being take-out only. Well...I'm here to stand up for this FRAUD! I called corporate and they offered me "3 meals"!. Nope!! You have defrauded the public...I want 5 years' worth of my money back, PLUS damages. You are deceitful and count on people to just "drop it". NOT ME!! Have you ever heard of the "Crunchwrap Scam"??? Look it up. This is a NATIONAL case...I've been defrauded for too long. All I asked was for an apology from the Franchisee...nothing. Get this...you messed with the wrong person. I'm making this a National case...all you had to do is apologize, make monetary amends...but now..you will be in the spotlight for STEALING from every struggling American by up-charging and NOT delivering. Read moreThe drive-thru design is abysmal, and none of the cars follows the arrows. It creates congestion so those who just got their food or who are parked can’t exit. I followed the arrow on the right like I was supposed to do and 2 cars tried to go around me into the opposite lane to get closer. I rolled down my window and told them I was in line. I was getting snippy with the 2nd guy, and I felt bad. I waited in line for probably 10-15 minutes, get to the window, and ask the cashier if I can pay for the man behind me because I came off like an “a hole.” I chucked nicely when I said it, and she had zero personality or customer service skills whatsoever. She point blank said she wouldn’t let me sit at the window because it’s timed —unless the man behind me completed his order by the time she handed me my food. Well, he was slow to order. So I got my food, and she shut the window on me, not saying a thing. Anddd she didn’t give me my drink I paid for. So I sat there. She finally came back to the window. I handed her my credit card and asked for my drink. Thankfully she took it, but what a joke. I get it’s Taco Bell and not a 5-star restaurant, but me paying for a man’s food behind me isn’t going to get anybody’s food to them and slower. I always round up for the donation they ask about when I go there and always say thank you.
