This location seems to close whenever they choose... even if you were sitting in their closed in line for 20 minutes long before 7:00pm (I could see them and they could see me) which is when they claim they were closed, right when I was at the speaker to order, they chose to turn on their "Sorry We are closed" message on the speaker .... Just as I reached it with no one else in line. Not only did they fail to serve me at 6:46 (I was the last car) ... they let me sit in a 3 car line trapped... while they served everyone else on 12/17/21. The "boy" at the window totally turned his back on me when I drove through and I checked the time it was 6:56 after I waited for those 3 cars to allow me out. They refused to pick up the phone and answer a call. You need to hire people that will work till close. I won't be coming to your location there again. You shouldn't be in business at all if you cannot teach your employees to have the decency to wait on the last person that was in line before 7 pm. It is pathetic that this Arby's isn't open in the evening. All winter they could find staff to work there and taped a sign up. Arby's can not longer claim to be in the lead when they can't even stay open until 7 pm. I just went to Wendy's on Jungermann Rd because they stay open and take care of their customers. No business should leave a customer trapped in their drive through line and refuse to serve them before close of business... we are living in a different time, someone like me who is older will just write a review like this but do that to the younger generation and see how that pans...
Read moreJust left this location and apparently they are under staffed and had a sign on the door that said lobby closed. Our family of 4 walked in and we were talking when going in and 3 of us didn't notice the sign but our son did but didn't say anything till we were already at the register.Maybe lock the door next time not everyone is paying attention like you would think!! We got to register and the girl mentioned the sign and i said oh im sorry we didn't notice it can we still order and if we don't make a mess can we quickly eat, she said yes!!!! If she would have said no we would have left. We order and the tall guy with dark hair and glasses has the biggest attitude and needs to learn customer service skills. He got super rude with my husband about not seeing the sign and thought my husband was lying about not seeing it. It's not that deep it's just Arby's, we don't love it that much to lie about not seeing the sign. Bottom line, don't treat people like that and lock a door if the inside is closed! Also a NO goes a long way if the girl would have just said sorry no exceptions you can't eat in here we...
Read morePlaced 2 separate orders on the app, one with 2 beef-n-cheddar sandwiches and one with a curly fry with 2 cheese cups. Of course they were both sealed up tight. I made sure to open both to make sure I had everything. Sure enough, I was missing both cheese cups which cost 75 cents a piece. The employee acted as if it was a mistake, but I would later find out it was not a mistake, it was on purpose. She went to go get my 2 cups and acted in shock that the cheese sauce machine was all out. It took her and her 2 coworkers 5-10 minutes to change the bag and get me my 2 cups meanwhile the rest of my food was getting cold. I asked if my sandwiches had cheese on them and they said yes. I trusted them, stupidly. When I got home I found that each sandwich had the TINYEST amount of cheese, which shouldn't really qualify as any at all. This proves to me that they knew the cheese machine bag needed to be replaced, but they were too lazy to do it. And then they decided they would just seal up tight my fry bag in hopes that I wouldnt check and notice that I was missing the 2 cups I had ordered. Dishonest and...
