Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Peters

Every restaurant has its off days, but this Imos is always having an off day. Tonight we ordered dinner, and when we got home with our carry out, we realized none of the pizzas had sauce. For the pizza we ordered light sauce on, we figure that during baking it dried out and it is no big deal. But for our small, regular cheese pizza to bot have sauce is disappointing, especially since this happens almost every time we order from this location. The only thing the restaurant has going for it is the speed in which carry out orders are ready, but I would personally wait a little longer to receive a pizza properly made than the poor quality we have consistently received when ordering here. There are a ton of other places to eat around St. Peters, including other Imos. Save yourself the headache and the huge waste of money and go...

We really enjoy this location because every time we have come and ordere food to take home and or eaten in the restaurant our food has be EXCELLENT! It's always fresh and hot! They do not skimp on the toppings and if you pay extra for meat or cheese you can see and feel the extra item on your pizza. The restaurant is always clean! Now about the staff....they are always polite, respectful, attentive helpful!! Its really hard to get this type of customer service in the 2022-2023 era post covid! But this Imos has managed to have there staff keep all those great attributes. Tonight Kayla helped us and she was AMAZING and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing her restaurant for dinner. I hate to make this because I love imos but have reached out multiple times without my issue being resolved I’m not a picky eater neither is my toddler we both got extremely sick tasted like our pineapples were old (it happens) I’ve reached out to store and just kept getting a busy line I picked up on the way home from work and live 40 minutes away from the store reached out to headquarters as well with no response. We both ate 1 piece and instantly got sick this happened weeks ago have tried reaching out since then hoping it can be made right and since we weren’t able to eat it that it could be refunded I have pictures of the next day of the pizza barley...
