Food was great! However, whatever snot-nosed brats we had to deal with through the drive through need to learn some manners.
All we wanted was our points for our meal. First, we we're lied to--"I took your order, I asked for your number." Both of the girls who took our order sounded like highschool students who didn't know how to breath through their noses. This woman's voice was 3 or 4 pitches deeper than theirs, so...I think not
While the phone number DOES need to be entered before payment (we've been told that their systems will not allow otherwise at least), an apology would have been appreciated.
Instead, we we're just told by one of the workers, "Well, it's not our policy to ask for your number." She then sighed dramatically and acted like she was going out her way as she told us, "Well, you can just go to our website and enter the number on your receipt at the bottom to get your points."
All I'm saying is that there was a time when I worked in the food industry. If we made a mistake--actually, even if we didn't but the customer insisted we had--we had to practically get on our knees, beg for forgiveness and then comp their meal.
Obviously, that's absurd and dehumanizing, but a simple "my bad" would have been a lot less arduous for both parties involved in this situation.
Otherwise, the food was well-prepared and tasted fine...assuming they didn't spit in it...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would I've never been treated so rudely in my life at a restaurant and will never go back to this location. They forgot 4 muffies in the drive-through, so I went inside to get them. It wasn't a big deal, because I know they're all kids working & forget stuff. A young kid said I needed to show him my bag for proof that I was missing them. I was dumbfounded and said "I've never been "questioned" about them forgetting stuff before". I asked for the manager, named Emily, and she was even more rude and said I had to go all the way back to my car to prove that I was missing them. I said "I just spent $70 here and you think I'm lying about some $2 muffies?" So I marched back to my car, got my bag to "prove" that they were missing and said they can come search my car if they want. The manager ignorantly gave me the muffies and said to stop "yelling" at her. I never once raised my voice at her, but was very frustrated. Then as I was leaving and said I won't be coming back to this location, she sarcastically said "we're sorry to...
Read moreI placed my order at the drive-thru the order-taker was very friendly and professional. I ordered a bowl of Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup and I received some kind soup with lots of corn in it. I called the restaurant to report my incorrect order and I spoke with Brittany the manager and she was not receptive to the complaint she told me “People make mistakes we are only human!” Then she proceeded to talk over me as I advised her that my receipt in bold print states, “ACCURACY MATTERS.” Brittany hung up on me! In my 30 years as a manager for two Fortune 500 companies I never would have spoken to a customer in this manner. You never justify a mistake. Your aim is to satisfy the customer by showing empathy and a goodwill gesture. I understand why this location has a 3.9 star rating. I will never patronize them again. Brittany failed Customer Service 101. This location needs to take a page out of the play book of customer care that McCallister’s , Chick-Fil-A, Nordstrom & Von...
