Today, 8/4/23, is my birthday, and the first time My Husband & I visited St. Louis Bread Co. When we entered we noticed the restaurant was adequately lit for a relaxing meal, the menu boards were brightly lit and easy to read and order from. This is a plus for me b/c I wear glasses. We ordered at the cash register, and our name was called to pick our order up at a different counter, which I think is quite productive to running smooth business practices. We got our orders, we went to the dining area where a lot of daylight shown through the windows and got seated. I ate the Caesar Salad w/Chicken & my Hubby had A Turkey Club Sandwich. The Salad was quite tasty but the chicken lacked seasoning which wasn't too much of a disappointment, the croutons helped a lot. Read moreI'm not sure what the problem is with this location but regardless of management and hired servers it continues to be just a dump. The tables were discussing the dirty the floors were uncleaned and the food order continues to be completed incorrectly. I've lived in this area for over 20 years and this is the closest one to my house with easy and convenient access, with drive-thru. I continue to give them my service in the hopes that they'll change but it's unbelievable how they just don't seem to care. They make mistake in food orders that just don't occur at the other location at the opposite end of Mid Rivers Mall Drive or in St Charles at bogey hills. Read moreThey really need a better rewards system. apparently if you have any rewards in the app you are suppose to go through and click to “redeem” them ALL if you want ANY of them to show up in the Panera you visit to actually use. This stores customer service I felt was poor, as I was placing an order that my reward qualified for and stated I could use in store; they would not honor it because I did not click the button before telling them my order. What kind of rewards system has you redeem everything before you’re actually redeeming it? More so, what multi-billion dollar company can’t honor a couple dollars off of an already...
